Today is the anniversary of Rosa Parks refusal to sit in the back of the bus in Montgomery, Ala. And this photograph of President Obama sitting on that exact same bus 57 years later is a poignant reminder of just how much America has changed in half a century.

Everything that goes through their heads is a fantasy, promoted by a combination of wierd PC history and the media.
Yes, he’s an elite product of expensive schools and a very comfortable upbringing. He has to fake his street cred with the homies, and they lap it right up.
I think that’s why I have a lingering sadness about the election. I feel like I’ve been torn out of the country I’ve known for all my life and dropped into one that’s totally alien.
I wish he was looking at a train coming down the tracks he was parked on.

What most folks don’t know is that Rosa Parks did not spontaneously choose that seat on the bus of her own free will. She was chosen and carefully groomed by others for that “moment” in history.

Photo reminds me of the pictures of BillyJeff at Normandy back in 1994. Making a cross of rocks he âfoundâ on the beach. All set up and staged for the idiot voters. Of which this nation has millions and millions. If the founders were alive today, they would be spinning in their graves. (that’s a pun for you literalist out there)
Which is why it is so fitting that a made for TV president honors her.
