Where was this fine mouthpiece when we had conservatives on the rack during the primary? He was off supporting Romney who never convinced anyone of anything, because he had no core on anything.

What is Lindsey up to? He pops up like quarterly taxes. I prefer a conservative emerging as our leader, but not the McCain, Graham, Ayotte trio trying to shape things with pals across the aisle.

Obama’s plan IS to make the US like Greece. What the heck are the gutless Republicans doing about it. Forget about getting crucified in the media for calling out Obama, the press will do that no matter what the Republicans do. Have some guts Graham, call out Obama and risk your political career. Nearly a full 4 1/2 years ago conservatives who could read and write were warning the world, senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain prominently among them, that Obama was a radical leftist bent on the destruction of the American political and economic system. I remember posting countless times during the course of the election campaign that if John McCain did not "morally" destroy Barack Obama the Alinsky partisan would win the election easily and March on and to do unimagined harm.

John McCain did everything but anoint Obama with oil and blessings. Lindsay Graham has always been McCain's butt boy. These two share a conceit that they are high-minded and clear thinking respecting American foreign policy and they make claim to be fiscal conservatives. they fancy themselves possessed of a high minded bipartisanship, they pride themselves on walking across the aisle and appealing to the better Angels of a liberal's conscience. Benghazi revealed the depths of Obama's contempt for the American system and, consequently, for his own role as commander-in-chief.Obama has no better Angel.

McCain and Graham have had an epiphany as their delusions have been swept away. Obama, gasp, does not share our values, McCain and Lindsey are shocked to learn, in fact he is the enemy of our values domestic as well as foreign. If Obama despises the system he must also have contempt for any idea that he owes the system truth, loyalty or patriotism. Suddenly, it becomes orthodox to criticize Obama.

McCain Graham are not beating the drum now against Obama because he affronted their conservative values, he affronted their personal view of the world and betrayed the good old boy network in doing so. It is simply not done to break their high minded code of conduct at this level. So, the criticism by Graham and McCain is now to be heard.

If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. Pretty well-known position. So WHY is the GOP continuing to use their tired M.O. of compromising, failing to challenge the opposition, being so damned gentlemanly in the face of evil? They need to adopt some the tried and true Dem approaches to getting the country on their side. Use the media. We don't have the MSM to carry our water, so run effective ads telling truths during prime time tv. Use young Republicans and Independents to be the face of the party. Get the word out about the facts of this economic calamity and about Obamacare. Get the public on our side to fight them. Don't just like down and complain about it. Learn.
