None of these incidents is happening by accident. It’s been a planned effort by government to demolish clusters of poor homes in largely urban areas and to distribute the residents into otherwise nice neighborhoods. It helps to justify the expansion of the police state by importing troublesome neighbors into formerly safe areas. It used to be that a family could buy its way to security by selecting an advantageous zip code. Then government determined it was not fair that some could live in relative safety while others lived in dangerous communities. The federales thought it was a good idea to encourage a more equitable distribution of thugs.
