David Oliver Relin, co-author of the best-selling book "Three Cups of Tea" that drew allegations parts of it were fabricated, has committed suicide in Oregon, authorities said. * * * Deputy Multnomah County medical examiner Peter Bellant said late Sunday night . . . that Relin died of blunt force head injury, but declined to provide any other details.

You could jump off a building head-first.
By diving off a roof onto a sidewalk, for example.
Bob Costas....time to ban roofs and sidewalks!
I don’t know but whatever it was if it was banned, surely he would be alive right now. /s
Beat yourself to death with a stick?
Jump out a window?
Jump out a window headfirst?
Sounds like a Clinton Arkancide
The victim shot himself in the head, reloaded and shot himself again.
Or you could jump off a building feet first and then gracefully do a full pike and then open up head down and bonk your head.
I know of a jail suicide by beating their own brains out against a cement wall and then the concrete floor. EMTs where in attendance and where too stupid stop letting go of his head. The guy died about 5 hours after reaching the hospital of massive brain injury. The gene pool was cleansed for a short time.
I mean no disrespect for Relin, RIP, but how does one commit suicide by blunt force head injury?
One answers the question, Does this dress make my butt look fat?
Guess the title should now be “Three Cups of Hemlock.”
Your post is HILARIOUS!!!
I heard Bill Bennett talk about the book, then checked it out from the library.
I got half-way through it.
I HATED THAT BOOK.
Self-serving, narcissistic feel-good messiah complex messages from the author(s) turned me OFF to the book....
Drive into a concrete bridge abutment at a high rate of speed without a seatbelt or airbag.
Truly desperate people (in Cheka custody for example) have managed it by running themselves full tilt into hard walls, even with their hands tied behind their backs, but I think the cause of death had more to do with broken necks. IIRC I read of some incidents in a Robert Conquest book. Could also have been an excuse for over zealous interrogators using the victim like a battering ram. Read it years ago and don’t have the reference so could be wrong.
All I could find online were these.
I guess we now know how he keep his head. He wrote the book
at a Starbucks!
Maybe he beat himself in the head with his faked book?????
