Woman dying Because of Denied Abortion Story "Muddled": Irish Times
Turtle Bay and Beyond ^ | December 3, 2012 | J.C. von Krempach, J.D

There is further evidence of how the tragic death of a pregnant woman in Ireland has been turned into a media hoax by the abortion lobby. Not only did the woman die of an infection that had nothing to do with her pregnancy (and against which an abortion would most certainly not have helped her), but it now turns out that she never made any request for a termination.

Kitty Holland, the reporter of the "Irish Times" who originally broke the story that went around the globe, now has admitted that she had not checked any of the facts. In an interview with the Irish radio programme “Newstalk 106″, Ms. Holland (who happens to be the daughter of a pro-abortion campaigner and a socialist politician) had to admit that her story "may be a little muddled"…

Savita Halappanavar, who supposedly died because Irish doctors won't do abortions? Lies, lies, and lies. Jaw-dropping interview with Irish Times reporter Kitty Holland here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQmc-eeNXCU&feature=youtu.be

Irish Times exposed for pro-abortion sensationalism. Kitty Holland is the journalist. She is a daughter of the Irish Times journalist, Mary Holland, who wrote and campaigned for abortion rights in Ireland. Kitty's dad is Eamonn McCann of the Socialist Workers party. Kitty Holland who broke Savita story says story may be 'muddled' and there may be 'no request for a termination' In an astonishing interview with Marc Coleman on Newstalk 106, Kitty Holland, the Irish Times journalist who broke the story of Savita Halappananvar's tragic death, now says that the story may be 'muddled' and that it may be found that there was 'no request for a termination'.

The Life Institute has said that these are 'extraordinary admittances' given the global hysteria raised by the sensationalist reporting of Savita's death by the Irish Times.

The newspaper's description of events led to an uproar when it was suggested that Savita had been allowed to die because of Ireland's ban on abortion, and because of a supposed 'Catholic ethos' interfering with necessary medical treatment to save her life.

In the interview with the Coleman at Large programme, Kitty Holland was pressed on discrepancies in Irish Times reporting as to when Savita was started on antibiotics in Galway University Hospital. She then said: "All one can surmise is that his recollection of events -- the actual timeline and days -- may be a little muddled... we only have Praveen and his solicitor's take on what was in or not in the notes ....we're relying all the time on their take on what happened... "

"Oh, I'm not satisfied of anything. I'm satisfied of what he told me, but I await as much as anyone else the inquiry and the findings. I can't tell for certain -- who knows what will come out in that inquiry? They may come back and say she came in with a disease she caught from something outside the hospital before she even arrived in, and there was no request for termination.., " she told the radio programme.

"But Holland and the rest of the Irish and international journalists never referred to any 'muddled' recollections or to the possibility that there 'was not request for a termination' when abortion campaigners were shrieking that Savita had died because she couldn't get an abortion," said Niamh UÍ Bhriain. "This has been the most cynical and deplorable exploitation of a tragedy that I have ever witnessed in my lifetime."

"At a time when Indian newspapers are printing headlines saying that 'Ireland Murders Pregnant Indian Dentist' perhaps it is time for the truth to emerge from the Irish Times," she added.

I take it “muddled” is Brit-speak for “a lie?”

I knew there was more to the story. Looks like the husband was coached by the lawyer and abortion supporters in order for him to get a big payout. Hopefully the real story will come through.

Here's the deal:
1) Septicemia

2) Not caused by pregnancy, not exacerbated by pregnancy.

3)Not cured by abortion

4)They (correctly) treated it with antibiotics

(5)And Savita never asked for a termination.

(6)So the whole phony narrative was a "never let a crisis go to waste" story.

That about covers it.

I want to know what led to septicemia. I was just reading a Wikipedia article on this subject. Was this an MRSA type infection that killed her? The husband could mistakenly believe that abortion would have helped his wife’s body better fight the infection. The abortion folks are so ghoulish to jump on this case.

From Wikipedia:

Cause

The most common primary sources of infection resulting in sepsis are the lungs, the abdomen and the urinary tract.[8] In a third of cases no source is found.[8] The infectious agents are usually bacteria but can also be fungi and viruses.[8]

*********************************

I wonder if the reason for the infection wasn't given because they couldn't identify what it was?

"The girls..." ---

I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to. The reporter from the Irish Times says it was Savita's husband, Praveen, who apparently told them falsehoods about what happened (whether the reporter, Miss Holland, is telling the truth or not, I do not know). Anyhow, she admits the Irish Times ran with the story without fact-checking. The whole thing fell apart.

When I searched for more info about Savita, I found a Wikipedia article on this case. It mentions the concerns of at least one microbiologist regarding antibiotic resistant bacteria. Someone just posted an article on superbugs originating in India and Pakistan. Savita was from India, and she was a dentist.
