Charges dropped against New Haven [CT] attorney who brought handgun to Batman movie

NEW HAVEN — A judge dismissed all charges against a local immigration lawyer arrested for bringing a licensed handgun to a Batman movie last year less than three weeks after a Colorado massacre at a debut of “The Dark Knight Rises.”

On the behalf of the state, Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorney Dave Strollo Monday entered ”nolles” on counts of breach of peace and interfering with police against attorney Sung-Ho Hwang in connection with the Aug. 7 incident at the Criterion Cinemas downtown.

Hopefully he will file suit. Sometimes only when it cost them money do the learn a lesson.

I must say I’m skeptical about this. He’s an immigration lawyer which means he’s most likely a liberal which could explain their dropping the charges.
