Well that is one way to approach it via jury nullification. The other is to get a number of legislators to change the law. Shouldn't be necessary: any statute contrary to the governing Constitution is null and void. Indeed, trying to repeal it only adds to its perceived legitimacy.
There are, however federal laws regarding deprivation of rights under color of law, which look like they should be quite applicable.

True but once it has become an accepted practice ie slavery, then it requires legislative action much like what was done with the 13th amendment.
