In Britain, if you are of means, like it sounds this woman and her husband were, you can afford a private doctor and a private hospital.
So, they apparently wanted “free” health care from the NHS so much that they “got what they paid for”.
Seriously, what do you expect from government health care other than the bare minimum, the cheapest everything, and understanding that the “culling” of patients is a cost saving device?
Socialized medicine’s big priority is “equal” health care, instead of quality health care. So if “equal” means you die in your own filth from starvation and neglect, socialists are fine with that.
In their sick minds, it doesn’t matter if 99% of people get good health care, if 1% don’t.
