Anyone who thinks these folks are good upstanding citizens should have been living in Iowa the past 10 months. These Paulbots have been making our lives miserable and they've nearly bankrupted RPI. They lie in the process of doing their dirty work.
I sent this link to a couple of friends and their reaction was they are glad leadership got rid of them.
There is deep resentment toward the Ron Paul faction here in Iowa.

I realize there are a number of Freepers here who have issues with Paul and believe some of the issues he advocates are dangerous for the peasants. But keep in mind that this purge was excluded to committees that shape the budget. When you consider Paul’s ideas on finance it should provide a fairly good clue what Boehner has in mind here.
I understand 2 of these 4 endoresed Ron Paul, one received a lot of libertarian money, and the 4th would not vote against Planned Parenthood.
