The Internet is one of modern marvels of the world. It started out as a simple government project to allow the government to be able to communicate with other parts of the government in the event of a major disaster like nuclear war.

When it was opened up to the civilian world, it became the major economic engine of the early 21stCentury.

The Internet works amazingly well, so what are those geniuses we sent to Washington want to do? Here is a hint. The word “fairness” is involved.

How?

Lots of stupid to go around... just got back from perusing the daily rasmussen. We’re going over the societal cliff and half this country is certifiably unmitigatedly stupid.

See, for all the other animals in the animal kingdom, the dumb and lazy ones don't attempt to prosper on their own, they wither and die off, allowing the stronger and more willing ones to procreate and prosper...all except for one species.

Humans

Humans on the other hand, glorify and support the dumb and lazy animals, and demonize the stronger and more willing. A couple more generations of this, and humans will be back living in caves, drawing on walls.

I’m mindful of Churchill’s statement along this line...

[The dark forces] know that [they] will have to break us in this [nation] or lose the war. If we can stand up to [them], all [the world] may be free and life of the world may move forward into broad, sunlit uplands. But if we fall, then the whole world, including the United States, including all that we have known and cared for, will sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science.

Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that, if the [the United States of America] lasts for a thousand years, men will still say, “This was their finest hour!”

Since the automobile, the horses are gone from Washington but it appears they left their A&&es behind.

Now if the title was: “Smart Person Found in Washington D.C,” only then this may have qualified as news.
