The "arming of so many black youths, uh, and loading up our community with drugs, and then just having an open shooting gallery, is the work of people who obviously don't have our best interests" at heart, he spewed...

Ah, the old "CIA invented crack/invented AIDS in a laboratory, to kill black chillun" canard again.

Hearing that one again tells me instantly that Whitlock is an aggrieved NABJ member who can't wait for Barky to HE'P the PEOPLE by stepping on all those evil crackas.

There is never room for conservative opinion on these shows.

Rush Limbo comes to mind, hmmm!

"Sometimes the quality of those who oppose you speaks for itself," Costas said.

It does. We're much smarter than you, Costas.

Maybe Belcher and his ilk were black mysoginist racists? No, can’t talk about that cover up, this is why this idiot is allowed to spew this stuff, because the powers that be have decided it was not their fault.

He apparently has been unable to control his temper for many years. He has a rap sheet with such temper incidents from back in his teen years.

Out of curiosity, where did you see this? I'm not saying that you're wrong, I would legitimately like to find this info, because I tried doing a little research but most of the media seems to not be talking much about his life and background, and that alone makes me kind of suspicious.

I am not enamored with football, as I used to be in my foolish youth. The fact is that it is just a business, and that many of its (over-paid and over-hyped) workers are the antithesis of what I’d like my kids to be like when they grow up. Nonetheless, I still like to watch a good game (or at least one that is supposed to be good).

Too bad for NBC that I will henceforth not watch any football games (or ANYTHING, for that matter) on its network. No, they couldn’t control what he said at the time, but such a massive insult to the intelligence, dignity and liberties of the American public should have resulted in immediate dismissal for cause.

FUNBC!
