I heard recently that these allegations about J. Edgar were a Leftist, Alinsky-style hoax. Have they been substantiated?
It’s not like any of them engage in any behavior that could compromise their jobs or anything. They successfully lobbied to have their emotional and mental health status redefined as normal, so everything must be OK. No one worry. Even if you do smell smoke Emperor Nero has things under control.

Wow, a couple of decades ago degenerative behavior (homosexuality) was a guarantee that you could never hold a security clearance at any level, now you get prefered hire and access to the most sensitive and highly restricted information around... Why is it so hot, and why am I in this handbasket?

If they actively recruit gays, then there shouldn’t be any more ability to blackmail them than there is with non-gays...unless they’re with someone of the opposite sex.

I have been posting for months that the Federal Govt workforce in the DC area....That workforce is heavily gay. Out of proportion to their percentage in the population. All the lefty kooks, liberals, gays, affirmative action minorities love them Federal jobs. They love lording over the productive private sector. Some Federal agencies are much worse such as EPA, EEOC, Department of Education, Fish and Wildlife, Interior Department
There is show hosted by the late Ralph Storey on PBS, called Things That Aren’t Here Anymore, about life in L.A. back in the day when there were so many interesting places and people living here in those days and what fun it was in Southern California. Ralph Storey himself once said it is not a good thing to live in the past. Of course he’s right about that. However, everytime I watch that program, I cannot help but think how much better the past was in Southern CA compared to what it is today as well as what the immediate near future holds in store for our once golden state.
This is no longer my country. I do not know what in the hell it is, but its not the country I grew up in.
How much worse will it be at the other end of 4 more years?
My lifetime hero - my grandfather (rest his soul), taught me many things in my youth. He once told me that we would never lose our country to a foreign enemy, that if we were to lose her, it would be to those within. In all things that this great man taught me, he has never been wrong.
Oddly enough, this si all an unintended consequence of Deficit spending. The government just got too much money.
The bright side is it will only last until the money runs out. The second governments start defaulting on debt, or we start seriously printing, to devalue our currency, the whole house of cards comes down, government shrinks radically, and the world begins rewarding ability again, rather than deviancy.
Mo’ money, Mo problems. No money, No government, No problems.

Won’t happen. The Agency will simply assign straight people to NE and MEA and give LGBT’s preference for the plum assignments in EUR, WHA and EAP.
