Translation: I want it to be so difficult to purchase and be licensed to own a gun that no one will be able to do it. That way, we keep citizens from having guns but can pretend that we haven't really violated the Second Amendment. I'm sure that criminals will be happy to obey all the new, stricter gun laws.
