I’m still amazed that he is tacitly implying that an NFL linebacker couldn’t have killed a 120 lb woman without a gun.

Screw you, Costas, you're nothing more than a useful idiot.

Eric (Fast and Furious) Holder thanks you from the bottom of his black heart.

I guess it’s better than biting the hand that feeds you and talking about the “Pro Athlete Thug” culture.

BS, he said owning a hand gun does not make you more safe. That is a lie and he is a liar.

I never mentioned the Second Amendment. I never used the words gun control. People inferred that. Now do I believe we need more comprehensive and more sensible gun control legislation? Yes, I do. That doesn't mean repeal the Second Amendment. That doesn't mean a prohibition on somebody having a gun to protect their home and their family. It means sensible and more comprehensive gun control legislation.

Hey Bob, you just mentioned gun control twice, you idiot.

Funny how he opened his big mouth and jumped into a political discussion, now he's reeling because he found out that people don't necessarily agree with him.

Welcome to the party, Bob! maybe you should stick to sports, jackass.

Talk about lying via stupid word games!! He denounced the idea that anyone should have a hand-gun in pretty clear intent. I do not remember the exact words; but the whole thrust was against anyone needing a handgun.

There are many situations where a handgun would be necessary; a rifle not accessible, or with insufficient room to maneuver same..

Costas was only an hysterical crack-pot, Sunday night. Now he is also a lying, but still hysterical, crack-pot.

First, faux apology (wrong venue) didn’t work, then it is ‘I was misunderstood’ routine.

Quote as saying “Without the gun(s), two people would be alive today” (paraphrasing) comment made it very clear Bob Costas did not blame our CULTURE for the two deaths.

I'm a middle-aged, college educated, professional white male. Married with three kids and no criminal history.

I AM THE GUN CULTURE.

FU Costas.

Bob who?

Oh. A sportscaster?

Why should I give a flying fig what some guy who yaps about a flipping game for a living thinks?

For that matter, why should anyone?

The only worthwhile change to "gun culture" would be repealing all the nonsense prohibitions since the NFA of '34 (and I'm including that one, too).

No paperwork, no registration on the sly, no BS, just plunk down the money and take it home. Order one through the mail. Common Sense and reasonable all in one!

and every time “gun culture” comes up, you can hear a pin drop in Hollywood.

Because guns are "bad."

How many Hollywood types and musicians have taken their lives without the use of a gun?

"Gun culture?"

Sounds like racial profiling to me.

When I watch Football on TV, I mute the sound, so I can watch the game without the sportscaster blather. They add nothing
