They would have to clear it with San Fran Nan ahead of time, and she would have to plan and agree to lose the Speaker ship, making the House and Senate a rubber stamp for Obama.
Dictator Obama would then have no need of Nancy.
History doesn't work out so well for unneeded socialists.
