The prosecution has backed itself out on a limb and is hiding the saw.

What a circus, but thank goodness O’Mara is not asleep at the wheel.

Crump denied stalling, and said he offered to turn it over several times to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. "The family can't control the state's case against George Zimmerman," he said. "They are powerless.

Uhhhh, Ben, the accusation was directed at YOU -- not the family.

Dec 11th hearing -- be there -- with everything.

What a farce and a travesty of justice! Based on all the crap inflicted on him by the “criminal justice system” I’d say he is innocent and should go free.

FBI agents were in Sanford on Tuesday, continuing their interviews in a civil rights investigation of the case, which Martin family supporters say is a clear-cut case of racial profiling leading to an unjust killing. One of the people they met with Tuesday is Frank Taaffe, Zimmerman’s neighbor and friend.

On Monday [April 2], agents interviewed Martin’s girlfriend, the 16-year-old girl who, phone records show, was on the line with him shortly before the fatal confrontation, Martin family attorney Daryl Parks confirmed Tuesday.

http://www.cnn.com/2012/04/03/justice/florida-teen-shooting/index.html

Report of 4/2 Interview by Agent Kenneth Moore:

This is the day State’s attorney De La Rionda and Investigator T.C. O’Steen interviewed Trayvon Martin’s parents and Dee Dee at Trayvon’s mother’s apartment in Miami.

Moore and another officer picked them up at the Miami airport at 12:30 p.m.... En route to Sybrina Fulton’s, De La Rionda explained to Moore they would be interviewing Trayvon’s parents and girlfriend at Sybrina Fulton’s apartment. Trayvon’s girlfriend “possibly” lived somewhere else. Another officer, Gaylon White, conducted surveillance of the area to make sure there was no media.

The Martins’ 3 lawyers, Crump, Parks and Jackson were present.

They interviewed Sybrina Fulton first, at 3:40 pm, and then Tracy Martin, who arrived at 4:30 pm. When Tracy’s interview wrapped up, they were ready for Dee Dee but they couldn’t find her. They drove to Broward County where they found her at 6:30 pm, and she went willingly with them to Sybrina Fulton’s residence for her interview. They then returned her to Broward and at 8:15, drove De la Rionda and Investigator O’Steen back to the airport to fly home.

So then on April 2nd, 2012, the FBI are down in South Florida interviewing Crump’s/Park’s/Jackson’s 16 year old DeeDee, and on the same day the Bernie de la Rionda Florida entourage deposes Crump’s/Park’s/Jackson’s 18 year old DeeDee.

Are these two separate DeeDees???

I wonder how Judge Nelson will react when she realizes that her Court has been played for a fool by the prosecution and its surrogates.

well the appointment of Corey was a guarantee of deception, delay, and injustice.

Imagine how screwed the innocent are in the “no PR” cases.

Angela Corey, like Nifong, should be dis-barred.

Very telling quote by O'Mara.

"I'm so used to prosecutors dumping boxes of evidence on me because most of my clients are obviously guilty of something," O'Mara said. "I get a case like this and it's the opposite. For whatever reason, I have to fight tooth and nail to get what I want. The more discovery I get, the better it is for me."

Angela Corey should be horse-whipped until the whippers arm cramps up.

Spoiliation of evidence is grounds for dismissal.

The prosecutors have the subpoena powers. They would take custody of the evidence asap in any other case. If they refuse to honor the subpoena, there is contempt.

The “family will not cooperate” is unadulterated BS.

Of course Corey had all this evidence, including the photo which was just released, when she decided to charge Zimmerman with murder.

I have the feeling this will be a show trial...Zimmerman's guilt or innocent won't matter...he will be found guilty. We've seen what can be done with the right makeup of a jury (O.J. trial, Scooter Libby trial).

The purpose is to demoralize white Americans and cause them to lose faith in the justice system. To the left, the judicial system is all about political control anyway.

Spoiliation of evidence is grounds for dismissal.

Corey would argue that it's just aging and fermenting naturally in that cellar where she has it hidden.

This is not funny. It is outrageous. If I were in Fla., I would organize a protest against the prosecutor; complete with signs describing the foolish prosecutor as the danger he is.

I have the feeling this will be a show trial.

It will never get that far.

It may not make it to an immunity hearing before just the judge either.

This case has become an embarrassment to those who demanded this trial.

Now they have it and would like to end it because what is coming out exposes the corruption of the Florida legal system as well as those involved -- Corey & company and Crump & company.

I'm sure the state and the scheme team would like to end this painful exposure immediately but they can't figure out how without a serious loss of face.

protests do nothing.

File a complaint with the florida Bar (ala nifong)

file a complaint with the state attorney (Bondi is a useless lawyer who trades on her looks) but CC the governor.

BTW the florida bar does not need an actual case or a party with standing. ANY misconduct can be investigated.
