Could First Lady Michelle Obama go the route of Hillary Clinton?
It’s only hypothetical this point, but a survey done by Public Policy Polling gives Mrs. Obama the lead over Sen. Mark Kirk 51 to 40 percent, should she choose to challenge Kirk in 2016 for an Illinois senate seat. From PPP.
If Michelle Obama decided she wanted to follow the Hillary Clinton route once her husband leaves office in 2016 and go to the Senate, she'd have the upper hand on Mark Kirk. She leads him 51/40 in a hypothetical head to head. Kirk's approval numbers are ok with 34% of voters approving of him to 19% who disapprove. But those numbers are no match for the first lady, who's seen positively by 60% of voters to 33% with a negative one.

I think she will go to jail too.
I laughed when it was rumored that Hilary Clinton would run for Senate.
I’m not laughing now.
Oh brother. She would win in a landslide but do we want her too???? NO! In four years, please just go to Hawaii and enjoy yourself. Enough of the Obama’s.
POLL??????????? Who the hell did they poll, the sixth grade in south Chicago?
I believe every poll they put out now. After 2012 and we laughed at the polls, I believe they are true. She would win in Illinois EASILY. That is how dumb our country has gotten. I would not dismiss polls so easily if I were you.
Why the senate, why not the #1 position. The way this country is now, she’d win the Presidency too. Hillary would be really pissed over that.
Not to mention a chip on her shoulder the size of Mt. Everest.
If Queen Sheila Jackson Lee can get re-elected to Congress, ANYTHING can happen with support from The Community.
“Hillary had a history political involvement and activism prior to her run.
Lecturing kids on their diet and exercise has been Michelles main activity, and doesnt exactly position her for a run.”
Bronco Bama has a history of a do nothing community organizer rabble rouser, so it’s not much of a step down.
If Obama has an affair with an intern we’ll get a little suspicious.
