1) Can anyone tell me which Supreme Court Justice will swear 0bama in in the proposed private swearing in ceremony . Something unusual is happening again this time and many people feel he may be sworn in using the koran but we will not know for sure . 2) Will they by law be required to use the same exact oath that previous presidents have been sworn in under requiring them to " preserve , protect , and defend the Constitution of the United States"?
There are "two" questions I need to be answered . Thank you . . .

Tradition gives it to the Chief Justice....and I can tell you that Obama doesn't want to break tradion on this one....
except he might just use the Koran. Now that causes a problem. You can't be a USA citizen and oath to the political system attached to the Koran. Your allegiance to the USA must be in total.

He was sworn in by the Koran in a private as Obozo said in a do over the first time Justice Roberts due to something Roberts did not do or flubbed which of course is an out and out lie. For whatever reason possibly the only way Obama could pledge his allegiance to something other than America. This may have been a pay off to Obama or to the one world government.
Whatever, this ceremony should not be in private.
This president has never given a damn about about the Constitution except when he could use it to manipulate people.

Yes, I read that a couple of weeks ago.
If Inauguration Day falls on a Sunday, the president is sworn in during a private ceremony with the PUBLIC ceremony/parades being on Monday. It’s traditional to have a private ceremony;however, Reagan’s WAS televised.
Although we’d like to think so, there is nothing nefarious going on here. I would be suspicious if they didn’t at least televise it.
