It sounds as though the knuckledragging, union Neanderthals are lugging a load in their Huggies. If the unions go down, they may have to find REAL jobs and have to work for a living! LOL! Good luck losers!

If they want to control the situation, I'd suggest opening fire. They are Democrats, and are life without purpose.

They are barely bright enough to get the message, so the Staties would only have to shoot a few. Besides, it's not like the Dems will shoot back, and the cops prefer "defending themselves" against unarmed civilians.

“But anyway, please just keep the building open if at all possible because the Constitution requires it,”

The constitution requires that a state capitol building be open to the public?!? Really? I would like to see that provision of the constitution (I assume it's the state constitution, because I'm pretty sure the US Constitution says nothing about public buildings...)

“But anyway, please just keep the building open if at all possible because the Constitution requires it,” Collette said, according to a court transcript.

This constitutional scholar could be the judge who instantly passes a restraining order putting the law on hold until enough signatures are collected/created to put it on a future ballot. East Lansing has a good supply of leftist Appeals judges eager to do the bidding of thugs and statists.

Millions of dollars, and dozens of high-priced leftist lawyers and PR consultants have the petitions and ad campaigns ready to go, just as soon as the law is signed. Assuming the brownshirt thugs don't "discourage" a fair vote in the first places.

Unless you're from Michigan, and read the obscure sections of the newspapers, people are unaware of all the illegal and strongarm tactics used to try to stop "shall issue", and ending affirmative action in public schools. And they're still looking for ways to overturn those laws.

Robert Davis, a union activist and Highland Park school board member, filed a similar suit alleging Open Meetings Act violations, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Feel free to google this guy and find out that suing School Boards and city governments on the Open Meeting Act is how he makes his living. He is a low-life.
