I think the market was starting to recover on the
prospect of a Romney win, now watch it collapse.
Not much recovery around here. I had a house on the market nearly two years. It got an offer the week before the election, I was so afraid they were going to pull out after Barry won. I took a 75K loss on the place so I really didn’t see much in the way of recovery but I did sell the place, so I have one less mortgage to worry about.
