Chaffetz: State Dept. Hiding Benghazi Survivors
Breitbart Big Peace ^ | Wednesday, December 12, 2012 | Kerry Picket

Congressman Jason Chaffetz (R- UT) told Breitbart News on Wednesday that he has been “thwarted” by the State Department from seeing any Americans who survived the deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi. Many people forget that there were Americans who survived the Benghazi attack, some of whom were badly injured and are still recovering.

“My understanding is that we still have some people in the hospital. I’d like to visit with them and wish them nothing but the best but the State Department has seen it unfit for me to know who those people are—or even how many there are,” Rep. Chaffetz said...

Congress has less power than al Qaeda in running
America. They are useless except when giving themselves
special favors, like exemption from Law.

I have been wondering where these survivors are. Does the govn. have them under lock and key? Use book/movie 1984 tactics and keep them in prison until their story history matches the govn. history of the event. 2 + 2 = 5.

The entire Benghazi story has practically disappeared. I and others were mentioning the other Americans who were there weeks ago, but it seems not one has been heard from yet. And Petraeus and the other key figures also seem to have disappeared and there have been no more hearings that I’m aware of.

Quite a cover-up with total cooperation from the MSM.

Fast & Furious has mostly fizzled. Bengazi, too.

The lesson of all this is that the MEDIA has a huge, huge effect on society; dominate the media and you dominate politics.

I’m frustrated, but at least the terms of ultimate victory are clearer; it will be a long slog and the worst part still remains but at least the middle of the struggle is coming within view.

There will be no more NYT in 5 years, and the major networks will be shells of their former selves.

Cover up? Definitely. However, the fig leaf they’ll use, if necessary, is the “protect CIA Operative identity” argument.
