Only steal from those who are making money so they can create more govt. jobs. Actually, it's worse than that since 40% of eveything she spends has to be borrowed.ANd that's before they can waste it on govt. spending.Also, you can be sure it will be high content union jobs. All in the name of mercy for those who are struggling.
