We Have a Problem -- A Real Problem
Townhall ^ | 12/13/2012 | Neal Boortz

No .. I’m not talking about the fiscal cliff, nor am I talking about the almost $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities we face as a nation. Iran and a nuke? Yeah .. that’s serious all right, but I’m told that we are messin’ with Iran right now in ways that you couldn’t even imagine – ways that could derail their nuclear plans for some time to come. Is the real problem our sagging economy? An oncoming second recession? The growth of government dependency? Sure … all of those are problems and all are difficult to deal with … but they pale in insignificance to the problem I’m bringing up here.

I think that it is truly time for us – those of us capable of thinking clearly and, perhaps, just a bit outside the box – to consider the possibility that somehow we have found ourselves with a president who is not all there.

Right. The evidence Obama should never have been considered for any public office, especially the presidency, was all there. Tom Coburn on the Senate Judiciary Committee with Hillary and Obama spent all his energy on vetting McCain. He apparently thought Hillary would be nominated. Hillary got threatened, and Coburn got snookered, and he simply could not believe his friend, Obama, could possibly be a traitor and dared not risk being called a racist by vetting him.

Some are beginning to awaken too late to our burning house.

Good to hear. Too bad more folks didn’t listen to him years ago. I haven’t heard his radio program; may give it a try one day.

Obama isn’t irrational. He behaves exactly as you would expect a con man, a thief, a Shill to act. The problem is we keep projecting our fears onto him, and he’s only too happy for us to be fearful. It helps him. He likes our help. He looks into the cameras and says, “I might be a socialist! I might send you all to re-education camps! Boo!”. And him and the Democrats steal some more money.

Way back in olden times when I was in the public schools, we started each day with the pledge of allegiance.

I must go back farther than you because even though I went to Catholic schools I had occasion to take some classes in the public school and back then they started each day with a bible reading! I am talking late 50's and early 60's.

I think Obama is mentally ill, but he also knows exactly what he is doing as he brings America to her knees. Everything he has done, especially Obamacare, is to gain control, control, control until there is no freedom left and capitalism, our military, economy and morality are crushed to punish us. He is a nihilist, among other things.

We need to remember that the issue (whatever it is) is not the real issue. The real issue is revolution and chaos to prepare us for invasion and rule by the UN so our resources can be spread around the world with one-world government, the New World Order where he can rule as dictator.

He's retiring in January and will primarily be using guest hosts for the rest of 2012.

NonValueAdded? Here's Boo Got Shot, with the late Royal Marshall's translation:

Assorted comments:

Duh...! Try a nation that isn’t all there.

And ...

Somehow we have found ourselves with an electorate that is not all there.

And ... No Founder guaranteed a rational electorate.

Yes, we HAVE A PROBLEM, a real problem -- that problem being that conservatives on the whole have become FRENCHMEN. They believe that America is a nation of "chilren" and fools (except for themselves, of course!).

They have become FRENCHMEN, too chicken-hearted to address and defy vote fraud, self-pityingly and self-grafifyingly blind to tons of empirical evidence that indeed a variety of forms of vote ginning and outright fraud has reached the point where imaginary voters are "electing" folks that most Americans reject.

Doubt me? Go read the comments at MSM sites like CNN, Atlantic, LA Times, Washington Post, etc. etc. etc. How odd that MSM consumers, by a ratio of about five to one, 1) recognize and resent the extreme liberal bias of the MSM; 2) hold liberalism in contempt; and 3) think Obama stinks, in that order.

But those are places in the trenches and on the streets where the MSM doesn't go. The problem is that demoralized conservatives don't see that the MSM's talking heads represent a mere slice of America; instead, they roll over and wail because they buy wholeheartedly the illusion that the MSM is America.

America is dominated by moral, good, productive people. It is what we ARE. Until we recognize it, we won't start winning our country back.

GBA nailed it partly: Everyone of age, even illegal alien invaders, can vote for all the benefits they want in today's Amerika, no identification needed.

I know there are a lot of stupid folks in America who voted for Obama, but frankly, I know that there are MORE who rejected him because I know that Americans are smarter and better than that.

How do I know? Because Democrats have to cheat to win. Why do they have to cheat to win? Because if they didn't, they'd LOSE. Why would they lose? Because in terms of legitimate voters, THERE ARE MORE OF US THAN THERE ARE OF THEM.

A few years ago, definitely true. Now, just go look at the faces at a general public gathering, not a political rally or at church. You might change your mind. I'll agree that there are more of us still who vote regularly and considerately. But not in a Presidential election. And the Dems have always cheated in elections. Always.

. About your charge that the totality of our American conservatives have become as Frenchmen: Finny, I can see you are angry and rightfully so. But not all the people you're pointing at are conservatives. Please don't include the pretenders as being a part of "us". Thanks. R2z

Not only that. The people in power have access to weapons that negate sheer numerical superiority. The opponents in Syria will be (or are) finding that out when the scuds loaded with chemical weapons show up. Remember too that our LEOs as well as our military are being trained in "crowd control".

We live in scary times folks...

I live in the midst of about 14 million citizens, in California, no less. I'm alwaqys in a "general public gathering," and one on the Left Coast.

Even here, if you cock an ear or raise a voice and speak the unspeakably non-politically correct at a public gathering, even here it's plain that a LOT of people are on the same page as we are.

FRiend, when "our" side, ala Rush Limbaugh and so many of the likes I see posting here, believes wholeheartedly that the majority of Americans are children and mooches, then "our side" is the WRONG side.

Well, this was in Miami, Fla and at that time was still a southern town, at least during the summers before the snow birds came flocking in, there was no air-conditioning in the hotels yet and the yankees stayed away. In fact the hotels on Miami Beach were boarded up during the summers and early fall. My mother always said that air conditioning is what ruined Miami! It was at Coral Gables High and they did bible readings I can assure you.

That's truly encouraging. I've thought that, except for some dens and enclaves, conservatives were a relatively minor part of the Cali population since Reagan carried the State. Of course, here in the Palmetto State, your California, even if we've been there, is a big mystery to most of us. If a few of us hadn't been there already, we might think it doesn't really exist and is just a tapestry of tales and legends told to us by musicians, the movies, and other various media. ;>)

Yes, encouraging. I was just thinking about how, off the top of my head, I can think of three Southern Californians who, if you saw their faces at a public gathering, would very certainly register them as Obama voters. Believe me. One is a big Mexican guy with brillo hair, another looks like J. Christ, and another is a sweet little retired school teacher with wide eyes.

There's a lot of truth to the saying that you can't read a book by its cover. Faces in a crowd are no more defined by typecasting than yours and mine are. Rush Limbaugh would take one look at me, and probably ID me as a screaming liberal, and he'd be very, very mistaken.

Have more confidence in your compatriots!! :^) The next time somebody informs you that the majority of Americans are stupid children, tell him to move to France.
