Go all the way back to the so called McDonald's massacre that led to the first gun ban. In the weeks that proceeded it, look at how many stories there were about how we need to get these “powerful weapons” out of the hands of civilians. Then almost as if planned, somebody uses one of these weapons being discussed to commit an atrocity.

Pretty much shooting ever since has been preceded by stories calling for gun control (just search Free Republic for how many times the words “gun control” have been in the title or subject since the election. And then almost as if on cue - something like this happens.

There are lots of coincidences in the world and lots of improbable events. Heck, there have even been people that win the lottery three times. But when the same thing keeps happening over and over, sane people start to ask themselves, “coincidence or hmmmm?”

“So called” McDonald’s massacre? What does that even men? Did it not happen? Was it imaginary?

So let me get this straight. There is some cabal out there conspiring to get guns banned by arranging for fanatics to go out and conduct mass shootings? How dastardly!!!

I keep telling you, there is NO prize for dumbest post of the day. A check isn’t coming in the mail. So you may want to quit while you’re ahead.

No, the dumbest post of the day would be anyone that can’t google McDonalds massacre and find the 54,000 or so hits it returns.

And if something continues to happen over and over, anybody with a brain in their head will start to question how this can always be chance. A similar question could be asked of why, when it would be inconvenient for liberals to have to answer questions concerning gun control (say during the last presidential election just barely a month ago) do things like this never happen?

And of course “some cabal out there conspiring to get guns banned by arranging for fanatics to go out and conduct mass shootings” would be as crazy as saying someone would deliberately let drug cartels get their hands on guns just to make the violence worse so there would be more justification for banning guns.

Naa, none of that could happen.
