A crazed gunman dressed in black went on a rampage at a Connecticut elementary school this morning, in a massacre that left the shooter and 26 dead others - including 18 children.
Adam Lanza, 20, shot his mother dead and targeted her kindergarten class at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., sources sais. Sources also told The Post that Lanza's mother was a teacher at the school and he "had a dispute with her."
Lanza is dead inside the school.
Lanza used two handguns and a .223-caliber assault rifle, an official said. The official also said that New Jersey state police are searching a location in connection with the shootings.
Police in Hoboken, NJ are questioning Lanza's older brother Ryan, 24, but he is not a suspect.

I suspect this young man has a severe mental illness. The mental health gurus decided about 20 years ago that institutionalizing sufferers of mental illness is not a solution.
Young men,in this age group, suffer most. They don’t like the meds because the meds result in a numbness that is uncomfortable. So they don’t take them. What they think is real to them and they act on it.
Wish someone would study the correlation between these mass murders and mental health treatment.
It isn’t firearms. It is untreated mental health problems.
If you can be in an institution for weeks for a broken hip, why doesn’t it stand to reason that institutionalization for severe mental health problem an option?

10 mm? Glock 20? What’s that even used for?
Probably felt that his mother loved her kids in her class more than she loved him. And this is how he got back at her.

He parents were divorced. Initial reports say he murdered them both but who knows how accurate that is.
Not only has he be wrongly identified in the media as the perpetrator of this, but he’s lost his mother and his brother. Prayers for Ryan Lanza along with all the people and their families affected by this.
To call this a mental illness is to denigrate people who actually have mental illnesses. This person did not have a mental illness. This person was evil.
We need to recognize that there are evil people in this world, and this person was one of them.
All of the psychological and psychiatric mumbo-jumbo in the world could not have prevented this incident. This person had a black heart and complete absence of any human soul.

I swear. I am not a conspiracy theorist but I do know that Communists know pshycology and I wonder if they are somehow spurring these incidents to ban guns so they, the Government Communists, can finally take over our Country.

TENTATIVE info: It’s looking like Adam killed both his mother and father, who were divorced and living in separate places, then went to the school where his mother was a teacher and slaughtered her entire kindergarten class. There are also reportedly a girlfriend and a friend who are missing. It’s not clear to me whether it is Adam’s girlfriend and friend, or his brother Ryan’s.
Also looking like Adam could not or decided not to get to his 24 year old brother Ryan, but instead carried his ID so that Ryan would be publicly blamed.
There is also a report that a second brother has now been found dead at the shooter’s home, bringing the total to at least 28 people:

They do make 10mm Glocks. 10mm is the predecessor round to .40 Smith and Wesson. FYI, the classic .45 ACP caliber is 11.45mm. As for what it it used for - same thing most other handguns are used for, defense.

And who knows how pre-programmed, whether by government or on his own accord, was this shooter. If someone was truly “mentally ill” they would not have been able to plan and execute such a tragedy

There is no insult to mental illness when someone with a mental illness does something so wrong. If that were true, a coach who is a pedophile degrades all people who are actual coaches.
Severe mental illness is a reality and it is simply a manifestation of a physical problem.
I’m saying that the medical/mental health community is failing a segment of the population and the results are terrible. Intervention is not an impossibility. I’m not saying it is the only solution.

It is the cost of Caring for mental illness was the problem, and the fact that no real or meaningful treatment or restorative aspect in ‘curing’ the illness. Then it became a libtard political correctness issue. You can’t make people take their meds. You can’t arrest restrain unless they are an immediate harm to others. The became the homeless problem that we try to fix by teaching them how to eat out of garbage cans and giving them needles in a needle exchange program.

Neither is meant to be used as a hunting rifle. There are better choices for hunting. Game that is.
