Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore lashed out at the National Rifle Association this afternoon after news broke about the horrific shooting in Connecticut.
“The NRA hates freedom,” he wrote on Twitter. “They don’t want you to have the freedom to send your children to school & expect them to come home alive.”
Moore insisted earlier that it was important for gun control proponents to discuss the issue – especially during times of tragedy.
“The way to honor these dead children is to demand strict gun control, free mental health care, and an end to violence as public policy,” he wrote.
The NRA helps guarantee freedom fat ass.

What Michael fails to realize is ... intelligent people (like FReepers) realize Michael does not want an intelligent discussion. Michael wants to be declared to be correct, his will be done, and if one disagrees one shall be castrated and thrown to the alligators, even if the one disagreeing is correct. It is difficult to deal with the Michael’s of the world. Sometimes it best to just let them have the floor while they open their mouths to prove there is no doubt regarding the ignorance of the Michael’s.

Guns have been around since the beginning of this country and I don’t remember all these mass shootings 40 or 50 years ago. All I know is movies have gotten more and more violet since the 1970’s and now we have violent video games as well.
