She’s an extremely lefty prof from Harvard. They couldn’t stand her, there, and transferred her to U of Alabama, or something. The Alabamans failed to promote her, so she burst upon a faculty meeting with a loaded glock and killed 10 or so people.
She was really mad.
As an adolescent she’d killed her brother with a shotgun (mad that time, also), but her mother worked for the cops, and personally and physically extricated her from police questioning at the station —did you know that was possible. It is for rich & important people, apparently.
She got the charges dropped, too.
Conservatives need to point out that gun control, like so many other socialist schemes, is an old, failed idea, and that leftists who call for gun control are *literally* “reactionaries”.
Yes, Michael Moore is a reactionary. So is Ed Schultz at MSNBC, a reactionary. So is mayor Bloomberg, he is also a reactionary. Reactionaries all.
Progressivism was a movement of the late 19th Century. Those who still follow that religion are pushing ideas as antiquated as Karl Marx’ ideas about industrial production based on the Victorian standard of weight as the only measure.
Their minds are calcified and stuck in the past with ideas that failed then, and would fail now. So it is important to let these philosophically senile people know that they live in the past.
And no, we “conservative kids” will NOT “get off their lawn”.

Just saw a news item where Quentin Tarentino states “don’t blame me for violence”.
April 1996 at Port Arthur, Tasmania, Australia. One, a Michael Bryant went on a rampage, shooting dead 35 people and wounding 23, This was all adults male and female except for two children who where 3yrs and six years old. His lawyer said that the Scottish Dunblane killings of 16 school children inspired his method, this was a month previously to his murders.
To date he is still held in prison and kept fairly well separated as the prisoners are said to have threatened to kill him. He was a loser type. Although I do follow the news, somehow I did not hear or see anything of this on the MSM America and Canada, at the time.
Moore has long ceased to be relevant. He could preach to the Aussies though.
First, he does seem right that most all of the mass murderers are male. There may be female mass murders, but mostly they are males.
Second, Americans are obsessed with death. Canada has a lot of guns, but they don’t have nearly the murder rate we have. Maybe it is a subset of americans, but as a whole, Americans do murder at a high rate for a civilized country.
Of course, most 3rd-world countries have a much worse murder rate, but I’m not thinking we want to compare ourselves that way.
We have a culture of violence and a lack of respect for life, and I think we need to fix that. Michael Moore is probably clueless as to how to fix the problem, but I think he is at least tangentially right — over the past 40 years, our culture has become more violent in this respect, even as many crime rates drop simply because of the fear of getting captured.
The vast majority of us haven’t killed anybody. Moore just likes to condemn America. He thinks it makes him sound clever.
Maybe someone should tweet Moore back with that.
