My father was born in 33, I was born in 70. He has a greater distaste for your generation even more than I.
And I’m going to be paying in the “system” for 40 years as well, but guess what. I will not be able to see any of it.
Why? Because a generation of selfish people have made decisions that only benefit them. They decided their happiness was more important than their childrens. And it’s disgraceful. Just like everything else they brought on society. Abortions on demand, women’s rights that hurt the family, divorces mean nothing, tolerant moral relativism all created by members of your generation.
The parents of this sicko made some of these mistakes. It sounds like the mother enjoyed her divorced women cocktail parties more than she cared about the health of her son.
And six year old children died for her mistakes.
I guess I have nothing more to say. You know, I’ve paid in since about 1960. Most all of my contributions have gone to pay your fathers SS and they would have also paid my father’s SS had he not died at 43.
You have some legitimate issues, I know that, as do I. But it isn’t healthy to carry around that huge load of bitter. Things are what they are and I’m afraid nothing is going to change without a lot of “unpleasantness”. Best of luck to you if it should come to that. We’ll all need it.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
