Calls for increased gun control are being renewed in the wake of the Newtown, Conn. school shooting last Friday, and President Barack Obama indicated he would pursue measures to stop such events from happening in the future. Obama said at a memorial service Sunday that he would "use whatever power this office holds" to prevent such massacres.
In yet another high-profile public shooting, 20 children and six adults were killed in Sandy Hook Elementary School when a gunman forced his way in and began firing. Obama spoke strongly about the failure of the country to protect its children, and suggested his administration would explore new efforts to better regulate guns.

Lets say Adolphus Obama does this, we get one day of feeling good for the left before the carnage of Democratic dependents in scum bucket cities like Chicago continue on their killing and violence sprees. Then the American masses see this and even figure out how to decipher the PC and realize that Obama is a liar and because these are “his people” they trust the government even less. So NO he wants full participation from the establishment.
Our Constitution, laws and traditions only matter when there exists a common reverence for them and the willingness to preserve them. If we don't protect them any tyrant can usurp them...as we're witnessing today. And our tyrant is doing it with the support of the majority. Gos help us.
You are telling me that they have no editor in U.S. and World Retort(hehe) that could not find such a glaring error as this?

Well ... there's your local police department, your State Police, there's Federal Agents in the Marshals Service, the BATF, the FBI, DHS, IRS, EPA, DEA, etc. ...
And when they shoot you down in the street like a rabid dog, the leftists in Big Media will praise them in the highest for successfully eliminating a dangerous domestic terrorist.

I disagree with you.. there is a lot of documentation on violent video games... but you can disagree. My point is, why is it always guns? After these horrible crimes are committed the police search the home of the perpetrators and always find these things: violent video games, psyc medication and running water.

It’s up to 30% now and its not about “Obama”... we’d enable ANY president right now to help us and our kids. Times are changing. We WANT our kids and others to be safe. there’s NO democractic process in powerful gun lobbies running the show and shoving gun culture down our thoats. Lobby groups should not OWN our politicians and the NRA just about does....for NOW. Or is THAT kind of dictatorship-in the back rooms-ok with you?

Because they want a socialist police state, that is their goal. Innocent victims are being shamlessly used to bolster their same old tired arguements.
Could use? He trashed the Constitution four years ago and has put Congress in playpens. He’s The Won! He can do anything he wants and no one will stop him.
You take the fight to the domestic enemies who want to disarm you.
The problem lies with organization and support.
The first group of feds who attempt to disarm law abiding citizens with an unconstitutional act may be successful, but all bets are off at that point and all of the “rules” go out the window.
