Robert Brooks says he woke up Friday to the sound of someone banging on the doors of Victory Baptist Church. Brooks lives in the basement of the building with his wife and children.
Brooks says he could tell the man outside was drunk, so he announced he had a gun and pointed its laser sights at him until police arrived.

Was it an “assault” gun? With a super-sized clip? Was it cool looking? The sorta thing one might see in a Rambo film?

Drunks look at churches as easy marks to enable their habit.
I know because I knew quite a few of them in a previous life. Offer to get them a meal or something other than cash for booze and you'll get an unprintable reply.
I'll give you good odds that this guy was one of the 24.69% of Utah voters for Obama. I think BO cracked at least 25% in all the other 49 states.
