12,644 murders in 2011. 75% of them were perpetrated by blacks and mexicans who couldn’t have passed a background check to purchase a handgun or an assault rifle. You want a national conversation? Let’s converse about that. Un til then, you can eff off liberals.

People seriously need to learn everything they can about fallacies. Call people on a fallacy 3 times and they’ll end their so-called argument.

E.g., appeal to authority, or.....say, appeal to FEAR, which has the following sub-categories:

Subfallacies:
•Appeal to Envy (AKA, Argumentum ad Invidiam)
•Appeal to Fear (AKA, Argumentum ad Metum)
•Appeal to Hatred (AKA, Argumentum ad Odium)
•Appeal to Pity (AKA, Argumentum ad Misericordiam)
•Appeal to Pride (AKA, Argumentum ad Superbiam)
•Wishful Thinking

http://www.fallacyfiles.org/emotiona.html

Appeal to Authority

Explanation

An appeal to authority is an argument from the fact that a person judged to be an authority affirms a proposition to the claim that the proposition is true.

Appeals to authority are always deductively fallacious; even a legitimate authority speaking on his area of expertise may affirm a falsehood, so no testimony of any authority is guaranteed to be true.

However, the informal fallacy occurs only when the authority cited either (a) is not an authority, or (b) is not an authority on the subject on which he is being cited. If someone either isn’t an authority at all, or isn’t an authority on the subject about which they’re speaking, then that undermines the value of their testimony.

The problem we have is, as we all know here, the lies we’re being told. That is way beyond fallacies.

The networks grow these people on trees, you know. A lot of them never ripen or, conversely, are spoiled.

Democrats want to empower government and to take away our individual rights and freedom.

Democrats including the media, this abomination and the Obama piece of crap want to make us slaves of the government. They are enraged that we can even own any thing like land or guns or have any rights at all. They want to control everything and that's why they want the government to own everything so then the government has absolute power.

The individual is small and powerless. The government is huge with trillions of $ at its disposal. The government has guns, armies etc. But a democrat thinks the government is not powerful enough and a democrat always wants to give more power to government and to take away power and rights from the individual. Doesn't a stupid liberal realize that it too is an individual and are fostering their own enslavement and dis-empowerment, giving up its own rights?

liberals/democrats trust government bureaucrats ,politicians and government with their lives. Government is their God and so they are socialists/statists.

It’s not the guns but the illegal drug industry causing the gun violence. Of course, there is a simple remedy. Legalization. Then, mental therapy for those addicted.
