With all due respect, that’s not all the phrase is. It was designed to obfuscate the true purpose of the gun grabbers: to ban private sales. It’s incumbent on all of us to point out their lies, and at least try to deflate the free ride that they’ve been getting.

Gun show loophole? OK, fine, require FFL’s for all transactions at gun shows. But preserve private sales at all costs.

And folks, it’s not just your guns you need to protect. It’s your children and grandchildren.

Molon Labe!

But will we still be able to get those Eric Holder commemorative edition arms from Mexico?

I realize the phrase and its intended purpose. My belief is that the counter to any mention of it is to outright declare loudly that there is no “loophole” all private sales (of which these sales between individuals that happen to be at gun shows are) are legal. I agree it is an underhanded and devious way to outlaw private sales. Half my collection is from private sales, and judging by the events coming, I’m damned glad they are.
