Prince Charles has entered the debate over government health care with an article in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, in which the prince wrote that there is “an urgent need to restore ‘a climate of care and compassion’ in the health service.”

Chuck may be goofy, but that sounds like Royalspeak for "What the Hell are you idiots doing?!!"

Stopped clock, etc.

Obviously, Horse Face’s husband has not checked with the union as to its definition of “care and compassion”. Mr. Horse Face really stepped in it with a comment like that. I fully expect the union to go out on strike until he retracts those comments and humbles himself before the local hospital union steward.
