One of the multiple aspects of the 'Rat election fraud and cheating operations is getting aliens to the polls to vote for them.
Tamping down on this only requires the guts to enforce existing law by asking for birth certificate or naturalization documents for all voters at the time of registration. Yes, courage is all that is necessary to make a dent in this type of fraud. It's not the answer to all of it, but it will help.
