Suicide by Texan.
A family close to ours lost their darling 7 year old daughter when they were rear ended trying to push a stalled car out of traffic lanes.
Some aches never quite go away.

They say they have not yet interviewed either the boys' father, David Barajas Sr. or mother, Cindy Barajas. David Barajas suffered minor injuries in the crash, and his wife and two daughters, who were inside the car during the accident, were not hurt.
I guess the rest of the Barajas didn't see nuthin.

Hispanic Family Values, kill the innocents by driving drunk. Then shoot to kill the culprit, how positively Byzantine.

My niece was killed in a drunk driver accident. At the ER where she died my brother (her uncle) saw a young guy sitting in a hallway with bruises, etc. He said that he suspected he was the drunk who killed our niece and,we learned later,he was correct. My brother said that if he had been *certain* that that was the guy he would have killed him right then and there.

9mm rehab? The final solution to the drunk driving problem?
I’m not advocating or defending what seems to have happened here but when the law fails to protect people, as it manifestly fails with drunk driving, people will take the law into their own hands: It IS what will happen.
