We don’t need to eliminate the public school system. What we need to do is get rid of the liberal school teachers

Public schools are high-capacity gun-free zones.

Eventually we would end up with all schooling taking place in steel reinforced concrete bunkers...

Well....Modern government schools look like bunkers now!

Public schools get no support from me.

Aside from forced support through taxes I'm with you. The whole public school system has been "liberalized" from top to bottom and anyone without the courage to admit it is an idiot or a coward. It goes all the way from the colleges that teach teachers to be William Ayers disciples through people like Arne Duncan, to school boards who never fail to find new ways of spending money to marxist teachers who think the only solution to every problem is to take more from someone else.

Until there's a concerted and effective effort to seize control of the whole system there's no point in continuing to fund it. Its like trying to fight WWII while leaving Hitler's factories intact.

Without drastic change from top to bottom we have zero chance of winning America.

Kaslin, ....Can I persuade you to think differently about this?

The government schools must be abolished. Why?

From their very beginnings ( mid-1800s) government schools were a socialist-entitlement. They were and are a single-payer, compulsory-use, compulsory-funded socialist entitlement!

Nothing good can come from that. In fact, it only took one to three generations of this government school socialist-entitlement monstrosity to give us Woodrow Wilson and Franklin D. Roosevelt! Those of my father, grandmother, and great grandparents voted these guys into office and they were born in 1913, 1894, and 1860s.

It didn't take long for the American people to learn to be comfortable with socialism in their socialist-entitlment, single-payer, and compulsory-use schools.

Hire divorcees, teach them to shoot revolvers, .357 mag, loaded with #4 buck and aim at the testicles..school shootings will come to an abrupt halt, then as soon as we solve that problem, hire for security in Afghanistan to do the same thing...same result. The guys doing the school shooting don't deserve testicles and the arabs carry what little brains they do have done there and sending them to see their 72 virgins without nuts would be proper punishment!..

Kaslin....I ask. Would you do an experiment?

For every argument used to defend our nation’s socilaist-entitlement K-12 schools, please substitute the words SLAVE and/or SLAVERY.

You will soon see that the same arguments used to defend compulsory-funded, and compulsory-use schooling are the **SAME** ones used to defend slavery in the 19th century.

In one small way though the institution of slavery was not as evil as government schooling. At least no one was forced by the government to pay taxes to support slavery or forced by the government to buy a slave.

I went on tax strike when Obama became the presidential candidate. So I do not support public schools in any way, nor any facet or form of this administration. That’s all there is to it.

I’ve got property taxes so I’m stuck paying for the expensive needless toys the local school board just can’t live without.

Now I’m paying for a new “practice gymnasium” that the school board wants for no other reason then other schools have them. It was voted down in May on the ballot with the presidential primary, they skipped it on our state primary ballot in August only to sneak it through on a ballot by itself in September.

Play the new game: "School or Prison?"

In college, thirty years ago, one of the parents called it, "Neo-Penitentiary Architecture." I laughed so hard I've never forgotten it.

How do you do that without be confronted by armed police and courts?

Government schools have turned us into a nation of renters. The government is the landlord. Fail to pay government rent ( Oops! “school taxes”) and the government evicts you from its property.

Finally....Everyone pays school taxes, even you. How?

Answer: Businesses pay school taxes and this is incorporated into the price of every object or service every citizen must use.

High school taxes make our products more expensive for our nation’s businesses to produce. This makes them less competitive. This increases the movement of jobs overseas and increases our nation’s unemployment. It’s like pulling on a lose string on a sweater. Everything is knitted together.

He's very good except for this statement:

From kindergarten to high school graduation, they are too often in the position of trying to please a female authority figure.

It only gets worse after they get married.

My father told me to never trust a man who claims to be the head of his household. The reason: He will lie about other things too.
