This is the stinking legacy left by LBJ and his “War on Poverty” that substituted the welfare check for the Black father. And Blacks are so greedy for that check that they’ll vote for slavery on the Democrat plantation every election.

Yes the war on poverty is a huge success. Only two generations to achieve 75%+ illegitimacy rate in the black community. Now they’re all govt dependents and guaranteed voters. I must say it was a devious and successful plan.

I had to cover a high school class a couple of years ago. There wasn't room in a regular classroom to have the students sit, so we sat that period in the auditorium. I was simply horrified to see most of the boys (the class was all boys) pull out their favorite brand of condom from their backpacks and discuss which was better. A sort of consumers report on condoms. They never even glanced at the handouts their teacher had left for them. This is what interests them, what they will devote their one brain cell to.
"Feed 'Em and Breed 'Em" programs can't go on ad infinitum because at a certain point, there won't be enough taxpayers to pay for all the take-take-takers. Then the whole thing will collapse.
I agree. If a person approves of sex outside marriage, he has small grounds to complain about this outcome. “It’s not a bug: it’s a feature!”

This is the Great Society, don’t you know! The family has been in a downward spiral since Johnson made sure that these welfare queens would get their government checks each month. Why keep the dad around? Why get married? Uncle Sam will pay. It is generational and cultural now.

Very Sad indeed, however if a female decides to have sex outside of marriage and does not use the proper government approved and government supplied methods of preventing pregnancy, and then through their own free will refuses to avail themselves of another government approved and government sponsored solution to legally murder their child before birth (abortion) sounds to me like they made their own decisions and they can all starve and die in the street as far as I am concerned. We used to call this “The Consequences of your Actions” We see stories like this on a daily basis outlining how WOMEN just are not capable of making decisions that will have a positive effect on their lives, regardless of how many chances we give them. WHY DO WE LET WOMEN VOTE??
As much as I have always hated LBJ, his success was in knowing black culture that came from growing up around blacks. A historic matriartical culture where males have one responsibility, sperm donation.
The only cultural deviation was from an exposure to European Christianity culture, from which LBJ knew would be an easy retro-conversion back to african ways.

A friend of mine subs in the Montgomery County, MD schools.
She was telling me about one class that sat around talking with each other, instead of doing the lesson. “Nice kids,” she said. “So if they’re nice kids, why didn’t you tell them to do the lesson. Why don’t you teach them? The deserve to learn.”
Well, they’re nice kids if you don’t tell them what to do. If you let them talk, they’ll talk reasonably quietly, they’re not destroying the classroom or giving the teacher hell. They will graduate with As and Bs for coming to class, entirely ignorant of history and chemistry, with a rudimentary knowledge of reading and arithmetic.
They are nice kids, meaning they go to school and talk, instead of selling drugs and mugging people, at least not very often. Being nice kids qualifies them for affirmative action jobs in goverment. The people driving your bus or processing your paperwork.
Oh man. THAT is BRUTAL.

Hey, being a single mother is COOL. It’s all but glorified in media, in society now.
I know a lot of white women who have chosen this path, too, though. By choice. All it takes is one minor mistake by the poor dude, and she flys off the handle and divorces him, with NO hesitation. Always ends up ok for her — every other weekend with the kids, the other weekends free for HER to enjoy her newly found fun lifestyle ...whatever that may be — usually drunken weekends with friends and jumping into bed with whomever she might meet that weekend. Sadly know than a few like this. See some of it in my medical training - very often, in fact.
Hey, it’s FUN to be single again!! Why stay with some old fuddy duddy husband?? That’s for suckers.
So tired of it. It’s a life of perpetual moochdom. Hoping it all just implodes one day, because it’s not fair to the hardworking and upright people in society to have to keep supporting all of this.

We should make injectable contraceptive mandatory for all welfare programs, from food stamps/SNAP to Medicaid to unemployment. The contraceptives should be mandatory for every female in the house of childbearing age, including teenage girls. If you cannot feed yourself, you cannot have more children.
When you or your partner can support yourselves, proven by unenrolling from the dole, the injections stop.

The original question, from the poster I was responding to, asked the question, “Why do we let women vote?” My response (in the form of another, very vague, very ridiculous question) was to that very vague, very absurd question. Anything else is just fluff.
My point is: You question my right to vote because I’m female and you dislike the voting choices of some women, and I’ll fling it right back by questioning the choices some men make with guns.

You nailed it PERFECTLY. You ask them to do any sort of work which will keep them from talking, texting, stuffing their faces with junk food or walking out of the room w/o permission to wander the halls, you’ll see JUST how “nice” they are. You have to cajole them to do the work left for them by their teacher. And yes, they will “pass” their classes without doing very much work at all due to the tremendous pressure on teachers to pass any and all students.

Who needs “fathers” when you could have “Parent #1” or “Parent #2” or “Parent #3” or “Parental Unit ##”...
