Amid Hispanic calls for immigration leniency, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency is scrapping a program that allowed specially trained state and local law enforcement officers to enforce federal immigration law.

On Dec. 21, the Friday before Christmas, ICE announced that it has decided “not to renew any of its agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies that operate task forces under the 287(g) program.”

ICE said it has concluded that “other enforcement programs, including Secure Communities, are a more efficient use of resources for focusing on priority cases.” …

Yeah, the locals might actually enforce the law. Can't have that.

So, does that mean ICE can be scrapped now since they are no longer doing what they were established to do? First cut?

I urge caution! If anyone goes outside today, Beware! Hundreds of GOP politicians will be stamppeding to a microphone to loudly proclaim this BS and condemn Obama for leaving Americans to die at the hands of illegal invaders raping their families and taking their tax money through illegal benefits.

OK I lied. None of them have the guts.

This is good news for San Antonio as our Chief of Police, William McManus, has stated that there is no way SAPD would ever enforce these laws. He will be happy as will our SAPD officers who also had said they wanted no part of this.

I don’t know how the SAPD could even begin to sort it out. The battle is lost, La Raza will shortly be able claim their map as fact.

Cherry pickin’ the immigration laws to enforce or not is nothing new. The Obama FUBU league just keeps on rollin’ the legacy along with greater benefit.

287G was huge. I'm amazed we even found out about it.Many locals who took the training course which was not comprehensive at all were able to deal with illegals instead of having to call ICE. Now ICE will be overwhelmed again which is all part of the chaos is our motto program by the Dear Leader and the regime.

As long as they support and cooperate with local police who wish to use the heck Secure Communities, I'm OK with that.

Cherry pickin’ the immigration laws to enforce or not is nothing new. The Obama FUBU league just keeps on rollin’ the legacy along with greater benefit.

THIS KIND OF PERVERSE CORRUPT THINKING IS REMINSCENT OF THE POST-CIVIL WAR ERA----Carpetbaggers---Northern invaders into the South ----were prominent in politics until 1875, but nearly all left under pressure from the Red Shirts and White Liners -----white paramilitary organizations, then-described as "the military arm of the Democratic Party", working openly to violently overthrow Republican rule, using intimidation and assassination to turn Republicans out of office and suppress freedmen's (former slaves) voting.

The Republican sheriff of Yazoo, Mississippi, received a brief flurry of national attention when insurgent white Democrats took over the county government and forced him to flee. (WIKI)

================================================

FREEPER ACTION MEMO In 1875, Hiram Revels, a Mississippi Republican--and the first African-American US Senator--wrote to then-Pres Ulysses S. Grant denouncing Northern invaders into the post-Civil War south for manipulating the Black vote for personal benefit, and for keeping alive wartime hatreds. (WIKI)

We need to get someone with integrity----like Cong Allen West (not reelected)----- to write letters to his colleagues, and to the media.

Cong West needs to do the following:

(1) decry the agitation and intimidation tactics being used by latino groups,

(2) expose latinos using hatemongering for personal gain,

(3) emphasize the illegalities WRT threatening the US Congress,

(4) precpitate investigations into fraud and intimidation upon our electoral/legislative system by these hate-mongering groups, and,

(5) determine the scope and dimension of subversion these activities are visiting on US ntl security.

Do you know how long the Writ of Habeas Corpus allows the police to keep prisoners before taking them to court? I ask this because if local police cannot get ICE to deport the illegals perhaps at least they can use the local jail to discourage illegals from hanging around. If illegals were arrested and spent time in jail every time they committed a minor crime it would discourage them from living in that area. If more towns made illegals actually spend some time in jail for driving without a license, drunk driving or whatever illegals would get the message that they will pay a price for their lawless ways. Illegals break many laws such as using fake documents, if they were made for those crimes—drunk driving, driving without licenses, fake documents etc. many would feel unwelcome in the country and would leave the country. I think most illegals are breaking some kind of law but they are being coddled by the politicians so they get off with little or no jail time. But if law enforcement made them pay the price for all of their crimes, even if they cannot deport them, it would have the effect of encouraging many illegals to go back to their home countries.
