In response to Gannett's Jounal News headquartered in White Plains, New York publishing an interactive map containing the names and addresses of all pistol permit holders in Westchester and Rockland Counties (previous related posts are here and here), blogger Robert Cox at NewRochelleTalk.com (HT Instapundit) has produced an interactive map at a post entitled "Where are the Journal News employees in your neighborhood?"

It contains names, addresses, and various forms of Internet presence. Some of his narrative follows the jump:

Excellent! This is just what I was thinking would be a great response. Any yes I agree totally with protesting in front of their homes! The only way to get the left to play nicely is to play by their rules one time; then they will cry “foul”.

Now if we could just get away with cheating in elections...; but WE would be prosecuted for doing so....

Print the list out with the header “people who don’t believe in firearm ownership” and hand copies out to the local homeless.

1. Sign them up for every spam mailing list and objectionable organization (like, say, NAMBLA) you can find. Their mailbox will overflow in no time and they might even get terminated depending on how thorough background checks are.

This actually happened to a notorious email spammer. The folks a slashdot.com got his postal address and posted it with the instructions that all of their on-line readers go to the local library and/or bookstore and remove the prepaid postage flyers from magazines and send them off with the spammers address. At the height of the email spammer vs. postal spammers war, the email spammer was getting 5 to 15 BAGS of mail a day. He pleaded with the USPS to stop, but they are required by law to deliver all mail. I'm not sure what the end result was, except the email spammer was doing the usual litigation threats if he ever found out who did it.

Does the map also show which ones are unarmed and PREPPERS?

A very handy map indeed.....

Exactly what I had in mind. It’s more effective and longer lasting than a short-lived winter protest and requires little effort on the part of those the target has offended.

Do NOT post a yard sale advertisement on Craigslist. That would be wrong.

Do NOT post a hooker advertisement on Craigslist. That would be wrong.

Interesting only one lives in Manhattan. Too poor to afford the rent, to rich to get the welfare.

Also, under no circumstances post a “Everything In The House Free” ad on Craigslist. That would be wrong.

They should have free and large “Gun Free Zone” signs placed in their front yards by the curb in a well lit area.

This could be just the start of the fun. What is the make, model and license number of their cars? Do any of them or close members of their families have arrest / criminal records? (DUI, domestic violence, shoplifting, etc.) What are their credit scores? Are any of them behind in taxes? Do any of them own a gun? If so, how many and what kinds? Do any of them use armed personal security or have hired private neighborhood patrols? Has any of them ever served in the military? There's no end of the hell that could be made of their lives if the same tactics they use were used against them.

It’s only wrong if you don’t say they are a tranny hooker and to only call after 1 AM.

Don’t forget putting their info on health insurance search sites. Those companies won’t stop bothering them for weeks.
