Supreme Court won´t block Obama health law´s contraception mandate
The Hill ^ | 12/26/12 | Sam Baker

The Supreme Court on Wednesday refused to block the Obama administration´s contraception mandate from taking effect. Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected a request for an emergency injunction that would have shielded employers from the mandate. The request was filed by Hobby Lobby, an arts-and-crafts chain. The company´s Catholic owners say the contraception mandate violates their religious freedom. Hobby Lobby might eventually win on that point, Sotomayor said, but the company didn´t meet the standard for an injunction blocking the mandate from taking effect.

The leftwingtards on the court, or in Congress, seem to be unaware that the folks objecting to these rules consider the outcome to be murder. They don't wish to pay for murder, nor do they care to participate in it.

The logical problem for the leftwingtards is they are also convincing the opposition to participate in murder ~ against them.

It's a bizarre stance ~ eventually it will happen ~ somewhere.

The "Wise Latina", SPECIFICALLY PLANTED on the USSC to get Obamacare on the books, was the ONE who threw out the Case.

She served as a Legal Advisor on how to implement the takeover of the Health Care Business, and now rules that it will be shoved up the asses of those who oppose Abortion, OR any other Mandate in the Law.

We can only hope that a Military Coup targets Washington soon, to rid us of the entire corrupt government we have today. In a very few years, there will be nothing but faggots, dykes, minorities, and Illegals to "Defend" this Kountry.

That lil unwise dreck gets a seat on the SCOTUS yet the late Robert Bork highly qualified gets rejected. Morons and hacks in and out of govt. have screwed this society. Herman Cain pegged it spot on.

Democrat, Republican, they’re all the same there. Why even bother voting?

...at least that’s what half of the FReepers say.

Let’s see what happens when they rule for/against the Church. I was reading some writings of some Saints last night and one said it’s good for the Church to be prosecuted occasionally. Let’s see if they are and will the Church hang tough. Little Sisters of the Poor have already said they will not comply and and are prepared to close all their nursing homes.
The Church in Illinois no longer is in the adoption industry because they will not hand over babies to gays. I wonder what will happen if the Church will call Obama and close every school, hospital,charity...

Sotomayor said, but the company didn´t meet the standard for an injunction

Only those who meet her standards are granted the rights of the United States Constitution?

Buh bye 1st Amendment.

She needs to be removed from her bench immediately for this egregious Constitutional violation!

Folks need to be reminded that we’re not just talking about “contraceptives” here. Many of these substances are actually abortifacient in nature, not contraceptive. They destroy already created human beings.

This article is terribly inaccurate.

The mandate is not solely about contraception, so I don’t know why The Hill is calling it the “contraception mandate,” unless they’re trying to trivialize the issue. It encompasses not only contraception, but abortion and sterilization. In fact, Hobby Lobby has said that it doesn’t care about contraception; their concern is the abortion requirement (haven’t heard what their opinion is about sterilization).

Also, Hobby Lobby is not owned by Catholics. Other devout Christians own the company.

Let’s see if the Catholic Church gets serious now with their “war” rhetoric. After all, enough priests cajoled their voters to cast for Obama . . .

Thomas admitted they were “evading” the eligibility issue so why should they take on anything against Der Leader?

This isn't to say SCOTUS won't agree with Hobby Lobby. Headline is a little misleading because this was an emergency injunction that was denied - not the validity of Hobby Lobby's argument.
