I’m torn on this one. On one hand I feel exactly like you do. If you shoot my dog, well, you’ve pretty much made a life decision.
On the other hand, I’ve been to Hazel Crest.

What would this ordinance say? Not sure what you can do when these cops just claim that they were threatened, and they're backed by their department.
