I have 4 more days off in a row, Woo-Hoo. Hmmm, wonder what I'll do...HEY, there's about 20 college football games between now and Wednesday, double Woo-Hoo, my weekend is planned. Going to be wet anyway, might as well stay inside.

We're doing work this and next week to satisfy the annual fire marshall's inspection, so staying busy!

When I was around 5 we lived in Panama City, Fla. This was around 1952 and Fats Domino’s “Walking to New Orleans” was popular on the radio.

When Daddy got off work, I would ask him to go walking to New Orleans. He would take me around the block and that satisfied me. Odd how a little kid would enjoy such a small thing.
