Living proof of my theory that the United States Supreme Court is filled with inferior black robed political hacks who cannot after all these years agree on what the Founders intended, even given the fact they have the Owner’s manual for the US Constitution in the form of the Federalist Papers and numerous other writings.
We have been lied to by pompous self important leaders that, these USSC Judges are the best constitutional minds in the country. Yet we have way, way, way more 5-4 decisions than any 9-0 decisions so in my opinion, 5-4 is simply political and not constitutionally based.
As currently structured, the USSC is no better than a meeting of the DNC and RNC and any ruling is nothing more than Kabuki theater for the public school indoctrination center’s dumbed down masses.
Only one judge turned it down. I believe it was Sotomayor who refused the injunction. Based on a similar case where the Feds tried to push a religious school around, I don’t think the court will side with Obama. He lost that case 9-0.

Via decades of communist union teacher filled public schools(indoctrination centers) and a highly discriminatory immigration policy (thanks to Ted the swimmer Kennedy) geared toward excessive 3rd world immigration, we have a sufficiently dumbed down population who have no appreciation of the brilliance of the Founders and what Made (past tense intended) America great.
We have no backbone to fight against a government comprising of communists hiding behind two political parties.
I agree with you and it makes me physically ill to think this is the case.
