REACHING OTHERS FOR THE COMING FIGHTS
Vanity | 12/28/2012 | Dick Bachert

Posted on 12/28/2012 9:49:44 AM PST by Dick Bachert

The lame-stream media is so far into the tank for the entire Obama Marxist agenda they haven’t been seen for 6 years. If you’re still waiting for that call from PMSNBC to come over and lay some on-air facts on Chris “Mr. Tingles” Mathews fuggedaboutit.

We who are old enough to remember what freedom is need to avail ourselves of other ways to reach what Limbaugh calls “low information voters.” I prefer a term recently used by another writer: “Feral Adolescents.”

Nearly all the server based or PC based email software provide the opportunity to affix a “Signature” to personal emails. I’ve been doing it for many years. Not sure if it’s done any good but, as they say in New Jersey, “it couldn’t hoit.”

Advertising people will tell you that the average human requires at least 7 exposures to new information before it sticks. My guess is that the number runs into the thousands for the mind-numbed Obamabots.

I have pasted below some I have used over the years. By all means come up with your own as different issues become current. (Trust me, there will be MANY before this guy is just a bad memory!) If you do, please shoot them back to me and I’ll share them with others.

Try to remain sane for the next 4 years. I gave up on that when Klintoon was elected.

Dick

"A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and to prize the rights God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins." Benjamin Franklin

UNHEEDED WISDOM FROM THE PAST.

"For the saddest epitaph which can be carved in memory of a vanished liberty is that it was lost because its possessors failed to stretch forth a saving hand while yet there was time." — Justice George Sutherland (1938) "The means of defense against foreign danger historically have become the instruments of tyranny at home."James Madison

"To bereave a man of life, or by violence to confiscate his estate, without accusation or trial, would be so gross and notorious an act of despotism, as must at once convey the alarm of tyranny throughout the whole nation; but confinement of the person, by secretly hurrying him to jail, where his sufferings are unknown or forgotten, is a less public, a less striking, and therefore A MORE DANGEROUS ENGINE of arbitrary government." Alexander Hamilton (Federalist Paper No. 84, quoting Blackstone)

“When an opponent declares, I will not come over to your side, I calmly say, ‘Your child belongs to us already... What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community’." Adolph Hitler Speech November 1933 (After multiple generations of indoctrination of our kids in the government schools, Obama – or a Marxist clone of him -- was inevitable.

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

WASHINGTON ON IMMIGRATION “…the policy or advantage of immigration taking place in a body (I mean the settling of them in a body) may be much questioned; for, by so doing, they retain the language, habits, and principles (good or bad) which they bring with them. Whereas by an intermixture with our people, they, or their descendants, get assimilated to our customs, measures, laws; in a word, soon become one people.” George Washington in a letter to John Adams

JEFFERSON ON IMMIGRATION ”Every species of government has its specific principles. Ours perhaps are more peculiar than those of any other in the universe. It is a composition of the freest principles of the English constitution, with others derived from natural right and natural reason. To these nothing can be more opposed than the maxims of absolute monarchies. Yet, from such, we are to expect the greatest number of emigrants. They will bring with them the principles of the governments they leave, imbibed in their early youth; or, if able to throw them off, it will be in exchange for an unbounded licentiousness, passing, as is usual, from one extreme to another. It would be a miracle were they to stop precisely at the point of temperate liberty. These principles, with their language, they will transmit to their children. In proportion to their numbers, they will share with us the legislation. They will infuse into it their spirit, warp and bias its direction, and render it a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.” That xenophobic radical, Thomas Jefferson Mr. Jefferson’s concerns go right to the heart of the questions of uncontrolled immigration and, in Obozo’s case, natural born citizenship, don’t they? We are here, just waiting for someone to lead us out of inaction.
The media will be the first to a bad memory.
Start there! Don’t wait for others, just do what needs to be done.

First off, you need to show me someone who will FIGHT Obama, call him out on stuff, and when Dems talk about "civility", replies to them, "I'll show you your civility right here". When Civil Rights "leaders" cry "rascisim", call them "Uncle Toms" because that's exactly what they are.

When GOP-elite leaders complain, tell them we've tried it their way since Herbert Hoover, and the only President who had any success was Ronald Reagan, who told them to "suck it".

If there's any weakness to the Tea Party, it's that we haven't groomed a leader ready to take the National Stage. Someone who's had executive experience (Governor), NOT Senator (where you get the type of guy who calls Harry Reid "My good friend"), NOT Congresscritter (where you have folks who call Nancy Pelosi "My very good friend", or Barney Frank "My very VERY 'special' friend). No, I want a Governor who can speak clearly, who can articulate the Conservative agenda, who FIGHTS Democrats wherever he goes, who isn't afraid to oppose Barack Hussein Obama (mmm mmm mmm) or whoever his successor for the Democrat nomination in 2016 will be.

Finally, I want someone who isn't tied to Karl "the architect of Democrat Domination" Rove or Dick "I don't suck toes near as good as I suck at predictions" Morris. The GOP-e can KISS MY ASS!! Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and all the talk show hosts who want us to keep voting for leftist Republicans CAN KISS MY ASS!!! The Republicans who whine like little babies "about the liberal media" while Democrats keep attacking them CAN KISS MY ASS!!!

There are ways.

Just a few weeks ago I stirred up a fight between two leftist camps by suggesting that food stamps would need to be cut because we have to pay for bike paths for upper middle class white liberals. It enraged the white liberals and before long they took to bashing poor people which stirred up the poor folks.

Once everybody was stirred up and angry I mentioned having passed through the poorest part of town and couldn’t help but notice the broken sidewalks and streets full of potholes. I wondered aloud why anyone would pay for bike paths while letting the poorest part of town decay.

We all need to pay attention to this. If even part of it is true, then we're all in a world of hurt, and there's not much time left. Trouble is, we've arrived at a pass where the information in that tagged post is all too plausible.

From the link I posted:

DH: There’s a lot here. Let’s take it step by step if you don’t mind.

RB: Okay, but I’m not going to give it to you in baby steps. Big boy steps. This is what I am hearing. Life for the average American is going to change significantly, and not the change people expect. First, DHS is preparing to work with police departments and the TSA to respond to civil uprisings that will happen when there is a financial panic. And there will be one, maybe as early as this spring, when the dollar won’t get you a gumball. I’m not sure what the catalyst will be, but I’ve heard rumblings about a derivatives crisis as well as an oil embargo. I don’t know, that’s not my department. But something is going to happen to collapse the dollar, which has been in the works since the 1990s. Now if it does not happen as soon as this, it’s because there are people, real patriots, who are working to prevent this, so it’s a fluid dynamic. But that doesn’t change the preparations.

And the preparations are these: DHS is prepositioning assets in strategic areas near urban centers all across the country. Storage depots. Armories. And even detainment facilities, known as FEMA camps. FEMA does not even know that the facilities are earmarked for detainment by executive orders, at least not in the traditional sense they were intended. By the way, people drive by some of these armories every day without even giving them a second look. Commercial and business real estate across the country are being bought up or leased for storage purposes. Very low profile.

Anyway, I am hearing that the plan from on high is to let the chaos play out for a while, making ordinary citizens beg for troops to be deployed to restore order. but it’s all organized to make them appear as good guys. That’s when the real head knocking will take place. We’re talking travel restrictions, which should not be a problem because gas will be rationed or unavailable. The TSA will be in charge of travel, or at least be a big part of it. They will be commissioned, upgraded from their current status.

They, I mean Jarrett and Obama as well as a few others in government, are working to create a perfect storm too. This is being timed to coincide with new gun laws.

DH: New federal gun laws?

RB: Yes. Count on the criminalization to possess just about every gun you can think of. Not only restrictions, but actual criminalization of possessing a banned firearm. I heard this directly from the highest of my sources. Plans were made in the ‘90s but were withheld. Now, it’s a new day, a new time, and they are riding the wave of emotion from Sandy Hook, which, by the way as tragic as it was, well, it stinks to high heaven. I mean there are many things wrong there, and first reports are fast disappearing. The narrative is being changed. Look, there is something wrong with Sandy Hook, but if you write it, you’ll be called a kook or worse.

I understand and believe the fight is coming. But, where are our leaders? We need Paul Revere, Nathan Hale, Patrick Henry and others like them to form our own militia.

I like how you think! I did the same thing with a liberal (although he wouldn't admit he was "liberal") friend of mine in an email exchange. I call him "The Prophet of Solar Power" as he has purchased solar panels and is trying to get off the grid and be "green". I just led him down the primrose path and let him dig his own intellectual grave when I kept stringing him along like I was interested by asking how much it cost and how much was subsidized and what the payback time frame was.

When he was done pontificating about how wonderful he was by doing this I told him that "IT'S NOT FAIR". Of course he asked "Why is it not fair?". I said it wasn't fair because the poor people don't have access to this as it is too expensive so it is inherently unfair. I also told him that Germany has almost bankrupted itself because of the heavy subsidization of their solar program and he summarily quit the interchange with me. I figured he couldn't handle the truth.

That was like reading poetry. :-)

I’ll keep that example in mind when the time comes, and of course, I’ll add a few of my own.

I read that article yesterday. The day-to-day headlines seem to run right along with the contentions of the mystery interviewee.

Those who still pretend we're just seeing "business as usual" are not going to change their opinions. The people producing these record gun sales apparently do see something nefarious on the agenda, and it is not just the threat of new gun legislation.

So, how do you REALLY feel about those folks?

Just kidding! Good post. We conservatives need a butt-kicking until we stop b!tching and start DOING something to end the onslaught and tyranny of liberalism!

Leonard Peikoff's The Ominous Parallels cites the case of some Jews who faced annihilation in the Nazi extermination camps - they simply couldn't bring themselves to face the reality of their existence. They preferred to believe the Big Lie rather than face the Incredible Truth. So it will be for many of our countrymen. As long as things appear to be more or less normal, well... why get upset?

History has some terrible lessons for these folks. They're going to get to live them first hand.
