**SNIP**

“The guns are not coming from Chicago,” he said. “Chicago is in a bubble as the manufacturer — we’re a target market for gun flow. And they exploit the poverty and the pain.”

Jackson said this is the "complexity of the urban crisis."

And who has been exploiting that all his life? Bueller? Bueller?

The only solution is to build a massive wall around the cities to prevent us bitter clingers from importing gun violence into the cities.

It’s the culture stupid (Jackson), anyone with 1/2 a brain and a little honesty and integrity will tell you that.

Cornell West brought a good point. However, when anything is said about the black on black murder rate against children, the hugh and cry is “RACIST.”

The Black community owns their murder rate and the lack of action to stop it.

People of good will who do care are tarred with the inevitable charge of slack-jawed red-neck racist if a caucasian dares to bring it up.

West, you and your people own the inaction by the constant drumbeat.

I wonder if they are dishonest or ideologically blinded.
If your ideology centers around the black culture being as equal or better than “white” culture,

then it couldn’t possibly be a cultural difference that causes failure of one culture compared to another.

"...they exploit the poverty and the pain.”

I can think of no one on the national scene who has done more to exploit poverty and pain than Jess Jackson, the fake Reverend.

BTW= What the hell is saying, anyway? It sounds as though he thinks poverty is an excuse for killing others.

A massive wall around the inner cities is actually a pretty good idea - in an Escape From New York sort of way.

Poverty causes you to kill others.
Not a culture of not valuing life.
Not a culture of violence.

Poverty.

Even though there is no historical correlation.

I’m poor and I haven’t killed anyone. Hell, my much wealthier neighbors leave their doors unlocked.

So guns that are brought to poor areas of cities suddenly jump into hands and start committing murders? Who knew? Must be something really special about those guns that it doesn’t happen elsewhere.

I don't know, I only understand about half of what comes out of his mouth. The rest sounds like gibberish, except it rhymes.

I’ll bite. I would have to ask though, doesn’t culture influence ideology?

I had to go back to base truths in order to answer your question.
Leftist ideology and black culture are both centered around rejection of the Western, Judeo-Christian value system and worldview, for different reasons though. Black culture is a rejection of anything seen as “white”, which Western culture is.
Leftist ideology is the expression of the religion of Humanism, or rebellion to God.

Well you’re just lucky then.
Your poorness, some day, is just going to rise up and kill someone, just like one of those evil black rifles, you can be sure...

:)

Probably a liberal relative that I'm sick of listening to talk about how abused they were by growing up poor.

"complexity of the urban crisis."

I suspect the Reverend Jackson's difficulty in explaining the situation has more to do with the complexity of being a hypocrite.

And with Agenda 21 we will all have the urban complexity- as our nice quiet lawful areas are over run with the gimmie voters.
