(NaturalNews) The reports are absolutely true. Facebook suspended the Natural News account earlier today after we posted an historical quote from Mohandas Gandhi. The quote reads:
"Among the many misdeeds of British rule in India, history will look upon the Act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest." - Mohandas Gandhi, an Autobiography, page 446.
This historical quote was apparently too much for Facebook's censors to bear. They suspended our account and gave us a "final warning" that one more violation of their so-called "community guidelines" would result in our account being permanently deactivated.
They then demanded we send them a color copy of a "government issued identification" in order to reactivate our account. Our account was removed from suspension just minutes before InfoWars posted its article on this Facebook censorship, and the Facebook page is now functioning at: www.Facebook.com/NaturalNews

Facebook is actually a great tool. Too many people don’t know how to use the tool for the purpose as with everything else. It has good and bad involved in it. However, I think overall it is a great tool for keeping up with family and friends. Why put stupid political crap in it anyway.

I’ve been coming to Free Republic a long time, and have used two different names due to a move from one locale to another, and one of my pet issues is picking unnecessary disputes with other posters.
I don’t care if someone else’s spelling or grammar is terrible, or if they have an opinion different from mine, but I care very much that they NOT attack another freeper from informing the rest of us about creeping government censorship, which is occurring incrementally, and the attack is phrased in ‘snarky’ terms.
Right now banks are collapsing in Spain. These banks received huge loans from banks in England and Germany, to which U.S. banks have lent huge sums, and all the collateral is hypothecated (the same collateral used over and over and over again). This portends the beginning of a domino effect, which over a year ago was predicted to run for about 10 days before collapsing the world’s economy, taking out the entire European and U.S. economies, and reaching to Japan and China. The collapse will be global.
Does this sound like I’m a paid operative of the White House? I want to get information out to people so they can best position themselves in the onrushing economic storm, which may just cause the Obama Administration to impose nation-wide Martial Law and suspend the Constitution.
This, and the attempts by the Obama Administration to control news outlets and groups like Facebook and Youtube, should scare the Hell out of people.

Mike Adams, while he gets a few things right, very few things BTW, blind squirrel syndrome and all, is mostly a paranoid conspiracy theory, 9-11 truther, anti-science, pseudo scientific, anti-business, anti-military, granola crunching nut case who is more interested in selling and promoting sham natural health products via his website (and if FB took him down for a time, perhaps this is why).

I have lots of friends on FB who have posted pro-second amendment posts and quotes including the Gandhi (which BTW, I don’t consider all that good of a quote for supporting the 2nd) and a lot of pro 2nd more pointed and more strident and I have posted pro-second amendment comments on my FB with no problems.
But crying censorship even when there apparently wasn’t any, is a good way of getting more hits to his FB page and website (blog page). After all: all publicity, even bad publicity is good publicity. Of all the things that can be said of Mike Adams, no one can’t say he isn’t good at self promotion.

Why should I believe that this had anything to do with the Obama administration? Is it just because it seems to follow along with its agenda? From 2001-2008 I saw lots of people zotted for expressing opinion contrary to the agenda of the Bush administration. Was Free Republic a pawn of the White House, or was it just on the same side? Those are different things.

As the nazis began to expand into Asia (and the japs from the other way in WWII) there was a great deal of political “adjustment” which undoubtedly led to partition. The adjustment was dealing with the muslim indians (of the old raj) who were aligning with and helping the nazis (islam without boundaries)... as indeed they later aligned with other socialists (the soviets in later internal indian politics) vs... the hindus who were aligned with brits more often (with the exception of certain muslim raj potentates).
It is true the brits left india w/out a military due to WWI demands. All in the Great Game, even as the brits (the King particularly) did nothing to stop the russian revolution (financed by Bank of England and others)against his own cousin the Tsar. Such are the influences in history. Tragic and needless waste of human potential. And why the US had an armed populace.

There is nothing more divisive to the “borderline” dems.. and the so called “moderates”, and even the ultraleft than ownership and bearing of firearms. Secretly or not so secretly, one finds out that Diane Feinstein (in her case even more egregious in that her husband and she are arms dealers w/the red chinees), Schumer, Rockefeller and legions of PC lefties, own and bear firearms, and so called “assault weapons” (meaning of this term has been deliberately distorted). So this becomes... “do as we say.. but we are better than you....so don’t do as we do”. Like Animal Farm, more “equal” than others.

There is another post here that has it right. FB, google and more than a few others are PROXY ca$$h sites (for electronic money) for obamaomau. They are also part of the fascist/corporatist/Statist Left— there is such a thing- we had this prior to WWII- with their cash going to support the “agenda”. Tammany goes internet— that sort of thing.
Couple this with the govt. employees unions and their legions of shadow statist advocates— and you get— a re-election that should not have been. Would not have been, given sharper street smart people running the campaign.
Paranoia starts when one is always afraid. Information, identification, action.... these things reduce fear and hence paranoia. The state often moves to identify paranoia that follows the facts (as oftentimes said even paranoids DO have enemies).
The “shaping” of opinion, whether by the Bushies propaganda (no fan of them here— we got here because of the senior bush dismantling Reagan, and giving us, with help from Perot, the Clintoonians/obamaomaus), OR by the current regime is part of the “ruling” package that comes with regimes. Honestly, it may not have been one of my friends who posted the Gandhi quote but one who merely commented on it when one of their friends posted it or they could have posted it to point out the hypocrisy of it. I only saw it once on FB. My point was that quote wasn’t banned by FB, neither were the numerous other pro 2nd posts I and my friends have made on FB. In other words, I think Mike Adams is full of it.

Keep in mind that the first Russian Revolution removed the Czar and installed the Socialist Kerensky, who continued WWI as a British Ally. The second removed Kerensky and installed Lenin and Trotsky, as an ally of Imperial Germany.

Jim Robinson has maintained a strict agenda on FR: pro-life, pro-U.S.Constitution, pro-Conservative agenda.
The Viking Kitties do a good job of eradicating the left-wing and libertarian vermin (proselatizers) when they do pop-up from time to time. I’ve noticed since the November elections they’ve less work to do.
It is, after all, a privately funded site and JR can boot anyone he deems unsuitable. He wants “solidarity of central conservative tenets and principles”, as you state it, here on FR. I comply with his declarations and agree with you.
Now is the time for Conservatives to get their acts together and move to straighten out the GOP.
