Which is VERY scary is : they did give up their guns!!! Agree, by force. But all the guys on Free Republic who keep on yelling that that will never works here in America if they want to take our guns should watch this video.

A lot of people will hide their guns in anticipation of the gun grabbers. There are more than 300 million guns in private hands, and the police will only get a small recent percentage of them. This would take an awful lot of manpower, metal detectors and search warrants. You might think that there will be a lot of Lefty informants willing to work as snitches, but that game can work both ways and claims of gun ownership can be made of the Leftists as well. It is precisely because of Katrina and the talk today of gun confiscation that gun owners are making preparations. The gun owners in the aftermath of Katrina never expected gun confiscation. Now, we do.

A lot of people are going to be drilling way down below their basement floors or below decorative ponds to store their weapons caches. If the police and Feds really make an effort at confiscation, then, we will REALLY need our guns.
