You probably will see unemployment numbers drop for a while as employers switch workers to “29ers” and have to hire additional “29ers” to fill the gaps.

The government will come up with a regulation defining 29ers as an illegal tax avoidance scheme. Unless the employer can demonstrate that the sole purpose for 29ers is something other than to avoid complying with the law.

They may eventually, but if it helps the unemployment numbers as I’ve theorized, it won’t come too quick.
