With the federal government approaching the so-called “fiscal cliff,” when federal income tax rates will increase across-the-board back to the level they were under President Bill Clinton, President Barack Obama’s disapproval has climbed 5 points in the Gallup polled since Christmas. …

Too late, suckers! The 47% welfare takers plus 4% liberal voters put Zer0 in place.

This country is gone.

Pretty frickin late to the dance, ain't they?

Elections DO have consequences. For years later, they knew what they were getting.

Truth to tell, I still think the election was stolen. Too many things just don't add up about it. NOBODY thought Obama was going to win. NOBODY! And then *POOF* it happens. I don't buy it. Not for a minute.

If we had real news media instead of the ABCNNBCBS agitprop gang, they would have been all over the coming fiscal debacle in September. But they kept mum for duh won.

Maybe they just realized their little paychecks are going to feel the bite, too.

What happened to the thread about the Hawaii dude “officially” saying 0’s BC was a forgery?

It’s gone from my ping list.

Did it get pulled?

Its not gone.

Too many decent men and women have fought and died for America on battlefields here and all over the world for people like us to throw up our hands and become Boehner-like Surrender Monkeys in a battle where our lives are not even on the line.

NEVER GIVE UP!

Despair IS a sin.

Zulu, I am trying not to give in to despair.

I have never seen such a lack of leadership in DC on ALL levels, and across both parties as I see today.

The real fight is just beginning, with gun control and the debt ceiling fight dawning after New Year’s.

The challenge will be to organize and to be relentless in opposition to any erosion of our Constitutional rights.

This will be our generation’s fight, and contribution to the American Republic.

IMO, Odumbo’s approval can't go high enough. He is a blight on this country and seeks to destroy it. The bad part of that is, the people of this country are letting him do it.

I believe it was stolen as well. Whatever happened when 59 districts in one of the swing states had zero votes for Romney? 100% Obama votes....was that ever investigated? I do not believe for one minute that America voted this guy back into office.

Wait 'til the Great Fiscal Cliff is avoided, everyone's paychecks still shrink, and the prices of all that "free stuff" goes up!

Totally agree with you on all points.

I think all of us should become more active in the Tea Party. The GOP has become worse than useless. Under its current leadership, it has become an IMPEDIMENT.

I think the time for an active principled third party is here.
If they couldn’t beat a guy with a record like Obama, they can’t beat anybody. The fact that the RINO leadership maneuvered a flip-flopping loser like Romney into the Party’s Primary choice DESPITE the opposition of the majority of rank and file GOP voters, the fact that it comes out later he didn’t even WANT the slot, the fact that he ran such a PATHETIC campaign in the most important election in history, shows they are ready for the garbage dump.

EVEN MORE, despite the fact that Obama’s “victory” was HARDLY a blow-out, the GOP leadership in the House and Senate has demonstrated they are willing to roll over and play dead to accommodate him on Obamacare and the tax situation, even though they CONTROL the House, demonstrates their problems go far beyond just a presidential election.

I’m a card carrying Republican and have been since Reagan ran in his first primary and I watched Barry Goldwater get nominated. I always have voted Republican regardless. NO MORE. I will NEVER vote for a RINO again - EVER. I will NEVER contribute to the GOP as a political party again EVER. If the Tea Party or a viable conservative alternative comes along, I will register and vote in that party in the future.

The GOP still has a lot of good solid conservatives - Rubio comes to mind, that new black Senator from South Carolina, Bachmann, etc. I WILL contribute to their campaigns INDIVIDUALLY. But to the political party of Romney, Reince Pribus, Carl Rove, Juan McCain, Lidnsey Graham, etc. NEVER AGAIN.

We need a viable third party which represents conservatives. Republicans no longer do - if the ever did. That party can and should run its own candidate whenever the GOP runs a RINO and do everything to get the RINO defeated regardless. If the GOP has a moment of sanity and runs a conservative, then that party should endorse and support him/her.

But this situation has gone on for far too long with the GOP. To some degree or the other, the Democrat Party does a really good job representing the interests of the anti-American, anti-Constitutional, far left radicals who represent most of their membership.

Its not too much to expect that the party who presents themselves as their opposition do the same thing for us.

Agree with you totally.

I just changed my registration to in affiliated from Republican.

I can no longer stomach having them play Lucy holding the football for me. Been burned too many times in the last twenty years.

Obama was such a clear and present danger, yet the GOP gave us McCain and Romney to oppose him, neither of which had the fire in the belly needed to save this country from Marxists.

We need a third party that we can get behind and promote our values, which are the values that made this country and which are the only answer to save it.

Watch the GOP cave on the bogus fiscal cliff and the debt ceiling. And do we really think they will fight for the Second Amendment unless we shove a steel rod up their spines?

Why does anyone expect we as conservatives will continue to support such a party?

“A Snake Is A Snake, Is A Snake”
I was once told a joke about a snake that was found in the snow, he was freezing from the cold, a young man found him and was afraid to pick him up because he was a snake. The snake started begging the young man to help him get warm because he was so cold. The snake told the young man that he could put him under his his shirt next to his body, so he could get warm; the young man told him no, because he was a snake, that bite people. well the snake begged and pleaded and promised not to bite him if he helped him. So, against the young mans better judgement, he picked up the snake that was almost frozen, rubbed him and put him under his shirt to keep warm. The snake enjoyed the warmth of the young man body, the snake got so warm and comfortable, that he remembered that he was a snake and bit the young man. As the young man lay dying, he asked the snake why. The snake, smiled and said, I’m sorry I couldn’t help myself, but you knew I was a snake.
