A Wahhabi religious cleric in Saudi Arabia, Muhammed al-Arifi, who is very influential in Jihadi circles, has recently issued a fatwa (religious edict) that permits all Jihadist militants in Syria to engage in short-lived marriages with Syrian women that each lasts for a few hours in order to satisfy their sexual desires and boost their determination in killing Syrians. He called the marriage as 'intercourse marriage'. It requires that the Syrian female be at least 14 years old, widowed, or divorced.

All of the above does not make mut'a right, but you have to agree that this fatwa is a far cry from what even the pedophile-in-chief allowed!

None of this stops until world governments stop the insanity of treating this mental illness of hate, as a religion.
Once the protection of a religion is rightfully removed, governments and citizens can begin the process (very long term) to eradicate this derangement from society.
They can prevent mosques from being built. They can prohibit the hate filled rantings of a pedophile from being mentioned in prisons, schools. More and more legal actions become available when you approach this insanity as the hate cult it is. Seems these believers; who cannot be trusted to 'not' mistake who is the 'creator' here; and certainly do not want to offend; have no problem; believing; they can commit the most atrocious acts on Allah's behalf; again; not to protect Allahs 'sensitivities'; but for their own gluttonous, lust for blood; and pain and 'power' over another. The young woman attacked in India; the story consistently mentions she died from 'rape'; but little mention per the other horrific acts perped against her; including being finally penetrated well into her interior body, with one of the iron bars she and her boyfriend initially beaten with.
There simply are no adjectives to describe these people who claim a 'humanity'.
Pamela Geller gets it; with 'savages'. . .but even that leaves room, for a pause; where none deserved. Certainly; all vestiges of humanity escape them. Like a deadly viral scourge on our planet. . .
And yes; would like the 'at-large'; reason-capable members of this religion to step up; nail some 'enlightened' proscriptions for their Faith on a Mosque door; and separate themselves by their own enlightenment; from the 'fundamental' and brutal and degraded aspects; of this ideology.
Name it and claim it; blab it and grab it!
